• Parking: Unassigned parking is available for up to two vehicles in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to three community hot tubs, three saunas, a seasonal outdoor pool, summer BBQ area, and three community laundry rooms.
• Winter Shuttle: The free Green Line shuttle stops near the complex during the winter season and provides service to Eagle Lodge and The Village at Mammoth.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed. Requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM on the day before departure and may be subject to an additional fee.
• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOT-05960-0091.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Over all a great spot for a small family. I definitely would consider staying there again. It was a great price and super clean, better than paying for a hotel in my opinion. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of silverware and cookware, the only thing it was missing was a pair of scissors. Be prepared to hand wash dishes since this unit doesn’t have a dishwasher. Since most buildings in Mammoth don’t have AC due to its naturally cool temperature, I suggest bringing a fan to provide some air flow in the room just for comfort purposes. The unit has no fan at all so the air gets a little stagnant, especially at night. Overall, would definitely recommend it and I would stay there again in the future.

I certainly enjoyed my stay at Steven and Alex's place. Their place was comfortable, and definitely suited my needs. It was a good base camp to return to after spending the day exploring Mammoth. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. It was also nice to have use of the jacuzzi, especially after a day of hiking. Also, Steven and Alex were helpful and responsive to any inquires. If needed, I would certainly want to use their place again.

Traveled solo and stayed in this Mammoth Lakes property for four days. The property is located close to most things in town and the unit description is accurate and spacious enough for one or two people. The day of checkin, e-mails were provided to complete the process as well as the code to open the key box for the front door. The unit is dated but was comfortable and had what I needed. The only gripe I had was with the lighting within the space, especially the bathroom, as it was always dim even with all of the lights on. This property would definitely be considered in the event that I was back in Mammoth

Nice, cozy place. The apartment is located in the central part of town; there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend to bring earplugs if you are light sleeper since the apartment is on ground floor and next to the stairs. Overrall I enjoy my stay.

My husband and I appreciated how affordable this place was so could focus our funds on having a true Mammoth adventure. It’s located in the heart of the town, close to both the village, grocery store, and campgrounds. The hot water felt nice after 65 miles of hiking. Overall, it was exactly what we needed!

What was unique, it had a extra nice space for a design bed. What I did not like was the bunk beds. Having no kids, what a waste of good space. Overall, the property inside and parking and the spa/laundry for outside use, was a 5 star rating and I will choose this nice place again.

Nice cozy studio rental. Location was great and parking and unit access was very good. However, the floor separating the upstairs unit was not very quiet.We could here all the banging and footsteps above.

Why I gave 3 stars is because the hot water for this room is only enough for 1 person to take a shower. After 1 person, it’s lukewarm water. Contacted host and they just said the hot water tank is small. Even though there is a queen bed and a bunk bed, it feels crowded with just two people and all the snow gears. So no way to fit 4 people in this room. It’s clean but dated. Host sent incorrect password initially. But they picked up the call and provided updated password at 1am.

We had a great stay. Great location - walking distance to restaurants, grocery’s and plenty of parking. Condo was perfect for 2 people. Some great photos (presumably of the owners) at Mt Dana and others - very home’y.

Nice and cozy! Exactly as described. Super easy to check in and check out. Kitchen was fully equipped. We were able to make the Christmas dinner with no issues. Only thing that could be better was the bed - the mattress seemed a little old. But other than that everything was great.

The hot tub was great! The condo is efficient and well stocked. We didn't use the bus system. but people were regularly walking out to the stop to go skiing. Everything worked. The bed was comfy but showing its age by hammocking. We were end of the ski season and the carpets need a refresh.

It's a little on the older side but it has a lot of charm. The highlight for me was the old wood burning heater/fireplace (the unit has a regular heater that works great too). For the price, it worked great for us.

Fantastic place - very close to downtown, Mammoth Mountain, and Mammoth Village. The place has good amenities, with several hot tubs and paid laundry. Condo was very cozy; wood-burning fireplace was very cozy and fun, with tons of pre-cut wood stocked on the porch. Very clean, cute, cozy, and great location!

Pretty basic, outdated condo. Could really use some updating in decor and kitchen supplies. Glad I brought my necessities. Good amenities and location. The garbage disposal wasn’t working and the sink backed up but we called for maintenance and they came and fixed it. There’s a big pit in the center of the bed, classic snake pit. Trust me, sleep on the rim or pay the wrath.

Host provided clear instructions prior to arrival and departure. Place was easy to access and located close to the mountain, restaurants, and the grocery store. Unit had all the supplies we needed for our 3-night stay. Only downside is the key had to be picked up at the office which was located at a different location about 5 min away. Walls are also pretty thin so you hear people walking by upstairs and outside.

Cute and cozy apartment with comfortable bed, comfortable furniture, and full kitchen. It’s located in a quiet area with beautiful trees. The only complaint we had was that the sheets were too small for the bed. The fitted sheet was too small to fit over the four corners no matter how hard we tried. They were clean, just the wrong size. Other than that the place was quite nice and we enjoyed our stay. We were able to bring our dogs, which was nice, and the apartment did not smell like dogs or cats. Nice place. Small , but we expected that because of the good price. Great for two people.
