Upon arrival, lock box combo provided to be incorrect. Contacted Customer Help, they were as helpful as possible. However information provided proved to also be incorrect. After close to half hour on phone trying to gain access to Condo, a Rep showed up, provided correct combination and we were in. No other issues after this. Condo location gave easy access to main street and shops. This was second time staying at this unit. After access issues, no other issues/problems. Again access information provided was inaccurate and cause on access delay/frustration!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is exactly what we were looking for for our stay. The location is very conveniently located to a gas station, grocery store, restaurants, and more importantly coffee shops.

The house was clean. Kitchen had all the essentials. Location is very good the restaurants, grocery store were in walking distance. However, we had certain issues. Check in was not easy. Wrong code for lock was given. Oil was dripping from the filter in the kitchen stove.The locks in both the bathrooms and bedroom were non functional. If the above issues are resolved, its a great place to stay.

The place was clean and was perfect for our fishing trip. It could use a little of a modern touch but overall we were all pleased. Only complaint we have is the bbq. We couldn’t find it for the life of us. I would book this again!

Stay was comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 people. The unit was clean and so close to the ski slopes. The only issue we had was the code to get in the unit. It didn't work and we had to call the managers. Other than that, it was a nice place to come home to after a long day of skiing.

Great little spot, only issue was we had a little trouble with the lockbox, but was easily dealt with , owners were very responsive. Awesome hot tub on site, everything very clean.

Good place close to Vons and a places to eat. A decent sauna and hot tub in the complex. As other have mentioned, you will have to call to get the correct code for the door. Another annoyance was the trash collection noise at 7:30am on Sunday morning. Overall, good value for the money.

Lots of room and clean and convenient location (lots of bus shuttles to Mammoth Ski). The top loft area beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Property Management responded quickly to a checkin issue we had (wrong code for lockbox). There is also a clubhouse pool and hottub.

Great little spot. Comfortably fits 5. Having 2 restrooms is a life saver. I recommend this spot if you're looking to be in the area.

Great value and a nice place overall, but two frustrating issues: the lockbox code didn’t work either time (had to call support both stays), and the upstairs bathroom lock was still broken after 3 months. Responsive host, but those recurring problems knock off a star.

The place matched the pictures. Same as other reviewers, the entry code was incorrect but resolved quickly. The instructions for the TV system were frustratingly outdated. We ran out of pellets for the stove and it took quite a lot of time and effort to get more. Not all of the amenities in the listing were present, including the front stove burner. The address for the office listed in the house documents is incorrect.

Overall, we really enjoyed staying here. Hot tub was fairly close and we loved going there every day. Quick communication reply when we needed something. Loft was great for the kids. Great place for the price.

`Overall we give the condo a 5 star. I would stay there again. It is well located and looks as the pictures show. The condo was very functional with a good size kitchen and room for 5 or 6 guests. It has easy parking for two cars. The condo is very nice for a family on a ski vacation. The pellet fireplace worked well and they supplied a good amount of pellets for the week stay. The jacuzzi is fantastic with great water jets and a short walk of maybe 150 ft from the condo. The furnishings and decor are modest but as described. We enjoyed our 8 night stay in Mammoth and found the condo a very good value.

We had a nice stay overall. The place was affordable, spacious, and comfortably fit all six of us, and everything inside matched the listing. There were a couple of minor check-in and check-out logistics to work through, and the spa keycard was missing, but the response line was quick and friendly and helped resolve things smoothly. Overall, it was a solid stay and a good value for the price.

The place was very convienent for a long weekend skiing trip to Mammoth! The location was very close to most things, the kitchen was great with a lot of cooking essentials and it was very homey inside. We only had slight issues such as getting the wrong code for the lockbox when checking in (although the host was very responsive with a new code).

Overall good for the price. Amenities and furniture is older. Heater was a hassle to manage because it needed to be constantly fueled, so we would wake up to a cold house. Again, for the price, pretty sweet deal

It was a great place to stay for us seniors. We didn't stay in condo much as we were out fishing all day everyday. After fishing it was great place to unwind with a nice surroundings. I do recommend this condo.

Excellent communication, we had an issue with the heater and they brought us a spare heater right away. Maintenance came to check on the heater. The rental needs small upgrades such as coffee maker, blender, etc. The location is great, everything is super close. Comfy stay, minor issues, would come back!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Mammoth for a ski trip, and it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect—truly ski-in, ski-out, making it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes first thing in the morning. No need to deal with parking or shuttles, which made the trip much more relaxing. The cabin/condo itself was cozy and well-stocked. The hosts clearly put thought into the details, with a fireplace, heated floors, and plenty of blankets to keep warm after a long day in the snow. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the hot tub access was a huge plus for après-ski relaxation. Check-in was smooth, and the hosts were responsive to any questions. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but honestly, that didn’t matter much since we were there to ski. Overall, this Airbnb made our Mammoth ski trip unforgettable. I’d definitely book again next season!
