🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: One assigned underground parking space (#119). Garage clearance is 7'1"; compact vehicles are recommended. A parking pass is provided and must be displayed while parked.
• Elevator: Elevator service is available but is maintained by the HOA. Temporary outages may occur, and stairs may be required.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Please note: Due to ongoing HOA construction, the pool and hot tubs are currently closed until further notice.
• Construction: Aspen Creek is undergoing community-wide siding and window improvements. Construction may occur between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and guests may experience noise, debris, and limited access in some areas.
• Winter Note: The HOA may temporarily cover exterior windows during winter to protect against falling icicles.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Pets are not allowed.

Great value for the location and size of the condo. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, unit was well supplied, and furniture was comfortable. Enclosed deck with dining table was a nice attribute. The interior is dated but typical of what you find in older Mammoth area condos.

The management is extremely pleasant to deal with. They respond quickly and efficiently. The condo is old and ugly but you can see that in the pictures so you know what you’re signing up for. Very spacious. We had a great time in Mammoth!!

My friends and I at first liked the old nostalgic feeling of this place, it felt like staying at grandmas house. However the longer we stayed, the more things we noticed that were subpar for an Airbnb. The heating in the unit is quite confusing and, quite frankly, doesn’t work well at all - the room with the two queen beds doesn’t even have heat available if I was understanding correctly. Further, they have a space heater in there that honestly feels super dangerous, as if it touches a blanket it will for sure light on fire. In that room as well, the sink light doesn’t really work, and the shower light is very dark. The chair in the living room has dust coming out of it when you sit. The cot and the pullout couch are in very poor shape. The kitchen appliances were pretty cluttered and it was hard to find things. Virtually no spices or condiments were provided by the Airbnb. There was a lack of towels. Lastly, it’s a bit unreasonable to only offer 1 parking spot for a 6 person Airbnb.

We enjoyed our stay at the Aspen Creek condo. The covered garage was a plus and the location is great, short walk o Eagle Lodge. Unfortunately our skiing was cut short due to the snow storms but we plan to come back. Loved the unit, it was one of the best experiences in Mammoth so far.

The property comes as advertised. Great pricing, clean, good communication w/ the property managers, well-maintained and a good neighborhood which is close to town or the mountain. Good for one person or a small family like ours. We were very satisfied and would recommend to anyone we know. It would be nice to be able to open a window but that is my only complaint and it is a very minor one. Overall, I give it 5 stars. An excellent experience.

definitely old decor, grungy carpets from the 70s. But, great layout. ideal number of beds & baths for my group of 3 adult individuals. We had a great time in Mam.oth & loved having separate rooms, a kitchen, and dining/livingroom.

All in all, a decent place. The king mattress in the master needs to be replaced. I felt like the meat in a mattress taco. Getting in the unit was a pain. They wanted me to drive a few miles away from the unit to get a key when they had a key in the lockbox on the door. They finally gave me the code to the lockbox. They did not have any amenities like coffee or salt and pepper. The flat screen tv is not "smart", so you get to watch what is on their cable channels. Not a bad value, but a few easy modifications would really enhance the experience.

We had a great stay at this place and found everything we needed! It was close to the slope so we could walk to it! Just outside of the village area so nice and quiet. Only the extra night we stayed guest above us had a party so no sleep the extra night we stayed but it was not our hosts fault. But it was very unfortunate.

What was good:Close to Eagle Lodge, a non stick skillet that actually was non stick. Well furnished with plates, spices and utensils. Clean. Plenty of seating for dining and in living room. Bedrooms are large. Need improvement:Many extra steps to book after booking on VRBO. Had to go to an office to get and return key to VRBO Carpet in bathrooms Heater does not work in bedroom. Fans are loud in bathroom. Socket in bedroom does not work

Great cabin with plenty of space that was walking distance to Eagle Lodge for snowboarding which was a requirement for us. Clean, fully stocked of necessities, and plenty of parking for extra cars around the complex as well. Great stay!
