I am SO glad we booked this Airbnb. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The short walk to Eagle Lodge is unbeatable, and we paid half the price for similar places. I do see why it's a more affordable Airbnb, though. Nothing except light switches has been updated since, my guess, the '70s or '80s. It is certainly a dated place, but we had all of our needs met and were very comfortable here! I love that this unit is top floor and the bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby, and I'm usually an insomniac in the mountains. My only real complaint was that there was no heating in the bedroom, but we had plenty of blankets so we were warm at night and just hung out in the main spaces during the day. We couldn't have been more grateful for the parking garage after coming in on a stormy night and getting 9+ ft of snow during our stay. Not having to dig out was a blessing. The kitchen was well-stocked, and check-in was easy peasy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with great amenities like the sauna and hot tub! Also the location is unbeatable as it is a five min walk to the lift. The only thing is we did have some thermostat troubles as it was quite outdated, but other than that everything was great! Thank you guys so much!

We stayed at this condo for the first time. It was clean and comfortable and would stay in it again. However the inside is showing its age and should be updated.

The unit's decor was dated and kitschy; dated appliances and windows. The complex has ongoing work (such as new windows), and possibly upgrading will be done on this unit.

This was easily one of the best Airbnbs near Eagle Lodge! The place was spotless, private, and packed with great amenities. Samantha was super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. I’d absolutely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area—and I’d book it again in a heartbeat!

The location was great, just a few minutes walk away from eagle lodge. The apartment was super cozy and spacious. Samantha was also very responsive when we had a problem with the heat and helped us fix the issue quickly.

Brandon's home was in a super convenient location, a few minutes walk to Eagle lodge where we were going snowboarding for the weekend. It comfortably housed our party of 4. The house was clean, the heater was warm, and the animal decor was on point. Thank you Brandon!

Super cozy, we felt right at home. We lit a fire when it got cold. And the bedroom heater works a little too good. Super walkable to Eagle Lodge. Covered parking came in clutch, we didn’t have to dig ourselves out of the snow. And to our surprise they had a giant humidifier!

Berni nice,cozy and affordable place.Great location, quiet surroundings, beautiful place. I highly recommend it. I will only recommend to have a lockbox in the door that way people don't have to pick up the key from another place.

The condo location is 5 stars as it’s only 5 minute walk to the Eagle Lodge lift. The communication with the host is very good. The amenities stated are accurate. We had a White Christmas as it snowed during our stay. The only reason I did not have an overall 5 stars as the condo is very old and needs deep cleaning as there are some dust, stain and some cobwebs on the top of the fridge. However, I came prepared based on other reviews so I brought my swifter duster and Chlorox wipes ☺️. With the location and the price of the condo, I would still highly recommend the place.

The people at Grand Welcome were great. We locked our keys in the condo at night and they came over in 15 minutes. Would have been a lot easier if the condo owner got with the times and put in a keypad. Which leads to the reason for the 3 stars. They have furniture from the 1980s. The appliances are ancient. They advertise a DVD player. I mean… WTF😂. The heater was in the bedroom… so it was 105 in the bedroom and 65 in the main area. Location was great. Walk to Eagle Lodge.

Listing and pictures were accurate. Condo was cozy and easy to access. Super close to Eagle. Great service! I forgot an item in the condo, and after checking out I contacted them. They retrieved it for me and I was able to pick it up in their office.

This property was larger than we thought based on photos. Could definitely use some upgrades though. We loved that there was a king sized bed, but it’s an old school spring mattress. Every time one of us would reposition in our sleep the other would wake up. The stove is also very old, burners were very finicky. The tv is also older and has damage on the screen. These few updates would go a long way,

Overall, the place is great. Some things are a little older but everything worked. It’s in a great location, easy to access, great communication with the manager, and we had everything we needed. And all of it was for a reasonable price for our short stay.

The only problem we had was the lockbox, but after we called on the provided phone we've got another code and it worked. But we couldn't close this box back:(Also, there is very weird heating system - heater in the bedroom doesnt work, but in the dining area - super hot.Kitchen is exellent - everything is good stocked.location is perfect
