🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided inside the condo and must be displayed while parked.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community pool and sauna.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOT-05960-0006.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

We had a great stay. The house was awesome location was prime. It truly is ski and ski out. If you know what you’re doing one of the best communal hot tubs I’ve experienced.

More like 4.5- Great location! Easily fit 5 of us, minimum 6 would still be comfortable. Our only hesitation for not giving it a 5 is because it’s very drafty and we had to spend a lot of time adjusting the temperature to avoid being wasteful yet not cold. We could see outside through the door cracks and snow got in under the door. The kitchen has good supplies, there’s plenty of puzzles and games for blizzard days, and we could watch the Olympics for hours!

We had another great stay at this cozy condo! We love being up on the hill so we can walk to and from Canyon Lodge, and the host is very responsive. Nice views, good heaters, extra blankets, equipped kitchen, and ample parking. Bring chains and a little shovel to dig out and make it down the hill safely in winter.

thank you for hosting us. We had a great stay. The house is very responsive easy to communicate. The rooms are very warm. That is very important in the ski trip. The kitchen is spotless. Wi-Fi is very fast or in all wonderful experience will come again thank you.

Place is about 5 min away driving distance to Canyon! Our party opted to not walk since we had a driver to stop us off, so I cannot say how long the walk would’ve been. Place had everything we needed and plenty of parking with easy instructions. Only thing I would mention was that the first night we only had hot water for about 1 person out of the 6 when we showered. We didn’t have any trouble with hot water any other nights, but it may be because we were more conservative with the hot water. Brandon was super responsive and we had no other issues at all!

Brandon was very communicative even before I booked, when I had a question about the hot tub. We could tell that the owners care about the home and everything was as described/in photos. The kitchen was well-stocked with basics like spices and pots/pans, which was a nice plus and something we don’t usually find in AirBnBs. I mentioned to Brandon that the outside stairs had a thick layer of snow/ice and even though it was the building manager’s responsibility, the next morning the stairs were cleared. The community hot tub was a standout, the largest I’ve ever seen in Mammoth! A bit too far from Canyon or Eagle lodges to walk (for skiers), but a very short drive to the lodges and town was convenient. Overall a very nice place and I’d stay here again.

I highly recommend this Airbnb, it was great! The location of it was great, everything we did throughout our stay was within a 10-15 min drive. Check in was super easy & the host was fast to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. Mammoth was amazing, planning to be back soon and will definitely check this place out again. Everything was great except we were only provided one parking pass when originally told there would be two and the hot tub and spa area was out of commission.
