Fantastic place to stay while skiing at Mammoth mountain!! The bus stop was an easy walk across the street. Takes you right to Eagle Lodge. Also easy to get to main lodge/town center with a simple transfer on the bus. Loved using the sauna everyday after skiing then coming back to the condo to cook dinner or walk over to some restaurants for a good meal! Also walking distance to the grocery store. Honestly just the ideal location!! The only thing I will say that I didn't realize was that the bunk beds are basically in the foyer. There's no door for them, so it's not an actual room. This is listed, but I didn't realize until I walked in. It worked out fine but just wanted to note!

Some good, some annoying with this place. The code that was provided in the check in message did not work, had to call the help line. The pots and pans need to be refreshed, they’re in rough shape. The bathroom sink needs attention, drains very slowly. Host only provides one roll of toilet paper, at least 2 would be nice. The bunk beds are very narrow and not very long, don’t expect twin size beds. Not great for adults. The heater is weird, it switches on and off every 3 seconds so it doesn’t feel super warm inside. The location is great for getting to the slopes or around town. Parking is easy in front of the unit. Overall it’s a good spot, just some minor inconveniences that would elevate this place.

We liked the apartment. Good location. And a very responsive.However a couple of issues:The pans were scratched non stick pans which are known to be dangerous. My recommendation is to replace them with low cost stainless steel. We also did not have any spa towels and the hot tub being off limits until 3pm was not great either. Again and we had a lovely time but suggest improvements

Host was very responsive. Check-in was fast and easy with provided access code. However, having stayed at a fair amount of airbnbs in Mammoth, I had a lot more dislikes than likes at this property. There were maintenance items underneath the bunks and bed (a bag of grout, an old rolled up rug and boxes). 2 out of 4 of the pillows in the main bedroom looked used and had stains on it. The bathroom room sink was very slow to drain. The kitchen trash can was broken. 2 of the cooking pans were very charred and unusable. The kitchen table was held together by 2x4’s. Also, no provided firewood. We were tempted to reach over to grab from the neighbors pile, but we didn’t. Anyways, the place was enough for us to stay and not urgent enough complain during the stay. But, probably not come back unless improvements are made. The welcome book needs updated info and the place can use some board games as well.

Location was great but it got cold and I was under the impression there would be fire wood which there was none and purchasing wood got costly. The bed isn’t a king like described in the summary. All of the pots and pans are burnt and makes cooking difficult.

The place was clean. Close to the grocery store Bathroom and kitchen stocked with all basic amenities. Overall a great experience. The only draw back was the master bedroom TV was an older model without an hdmi input ( we wanted to connect our Apple TV to access Netflix to watch happy Gilmore 2). Great host , nice clean cozy place. Very happy with our stay.

bunk beds are extremely narrow, definitely smaller than a twin. top bunk has no railing so combined with the narrowness it was super sketchy to sleep in. place can fit 3 people fine and 4 would be a squeeze but doable. otherwise place was solid, kitchen was nice, bathroom was clean

Would definitely look into a return trip. Location is great, the size was a little bigger than I expected based on a few prior reviews, and it was convienent for our needs. Does not reflect on the owners of the condo, but FYI...the games in the clubhouse are not free. They charge coins to use 2 out of the 3 games and the ping pong table has bootleg paddles. That was a huge bummer for us because that was one of the huge draws for our kids. Definitely also bring your own pillows because the pillows were awful. Overall though, it was a clean and comfortable place for us to land for a few days.

The place was nice and cozy. We were 3 people and fit fine but anymore people and it would be too crowded. It was right across the street from the bus stop that takes you to eagle (love that). I recommend for anyone with a small group on a low budget.

We were happy with the place we picked. Exactly as described in a quiet location and still close to town and the ski area! That was great. Not sure why we were told to pick up keys in their office because there is a lock box for the condo! It should be updated in their ‘arrival instructions’.

The place was actually bigger than it looked in the photos - very spacious and roomy, and the space was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to bus stop to take the green line to Eagle, and close to bars/restaurants. Check in was a bit a of hassle as the instructions said to pick up keys from an office at a separate location. When I got to said location they told me it was a keyless entry. Never received a code but once I visited the rental office they gave me one and it was easy to get in. There also wasn’t any firewood available for the fireplace, so we had to go out and purchase our own.

I really liked this place. The office was very responsive and the location was great, close to shops and the bus stop for the ski resort. The only issue I found is that they told me in the instructions that I had to stop at the office to get the key but there was no key, because the access was through a keypad. But the office was very close to the condo, so this did not create too many problems
