There are community laundry facilities available year-round as well. In summer, enjoy the seasonal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations.

• Bathrooms: 3 total — one ensuite in Bedroom 1, one hall bath with standalone shower, and one in the loft
Important Things to Note
• Stairs: This home has stairs (please see photos).
• Parking: Unassigned parking for two vehicles in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be found inside the unit.
• Community amenities: Hot tub, sauna, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year-round. The pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQs are open during summer. All community amenities are managed by the HOA and availability is subject to change.
• WiFi/cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pet policy: This home and complex are not pet-friendly per HOA; no animals are permitted.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
