🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the condo.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Horizons 4 HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. The hot tub, sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities are generally available year-round. The pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ grills are typically available during the summer season.
• Fireplace: Firewood is provided for guest use during your stay.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly in accordance with HOA rules. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms! This certainly beats having someone sleep on the sofa. The location is fantastic- just a walk to coffee, beer and food, yet quiet at night. The hot tub is elegantly large, and you can smell the aroma from the Jeffrey pines in the morning. A great base to explore the Eastern Sierras.

Location is great! Walking distance to restaurants, theater and supermarket. Facility is nice, unit is accessible. It does need a little TLC. Overall, comfortable stay.

Place was adequate but jacuzzi was not maybe 92 degrees had to go to sauna to warm up didn’t bother to go 2nd night because of the temperature of the jacuzzi only issue I had

The entire condo is dated, but that’s to be expected at the low price point. There are some things that could be done to help first. Some nonstick pans would be helpful. There’s just a mishmash of old kitchen wear. Also the light switch in the master bathroom was broken finally, we did have an issue when we first got there with the codes that were sent to open the door. They were incorrect and we spent almost an hour trying to get the right codes from the management company that needs to be resolved in the future

I start by the positives. Great location, close to free bus service which is not far from Eagle Lodge. The property is generally in good condition. It was warm and clean during stormy winter. It has a cabin vibe. Ample firewood and supply was stored in the property ready to use.\nEasy check in/out.\nNegatives: run-down cookware, utensils and glassware inadequate for 4 people even though it advertises to house 6 guests. If you plan to cook at home, you may want to bring your stuff.\nWe did not find a grill or barbecue on the property or common area. \nThere are 3 run-down old TVs in the house that barely function. Don’t count on them.

Overall, this is a good spot for what we paid. When we got there, an inspector was there, she was so friendly! Gave us some recommendations and friendly conversation. We noticed she had a cleaning bag and the floor was freshly vacuumed, so we expected it to be tip top clean. But, as we began to unpack and settle, a few things felt a little off, the hot tub wasn’t in an enclosed space like in the pictures, so that kind of threw us off. Our master bathroom light randomly went out but they were responsive and sent someone out the next day. The place just seemed a little out dated so there were some random stains on the couch, towel, and bathroom walls. \n\nI liked the area, there was a lot to walk to and made it easier to travel up to the mountain when we went snowboarding. It’s a great location and overall good stay, I think we just had a few hiccups.

Only negative I had was the patio door was stuck and you had to get the microwave plug in just right for it to work. The outlets throughout the place seemed a bit loose also.

The location and size of the condo is great , but it needs a general update all round. Couches are uncomfortable , pots & pans were well over used , kitchen utensils are sparse and the ones that are there need to be replaced . Cupboards all felt like they needing a good scrubbing . Easy things to do !

Dusty, dirty old place. It served the purpose. In a prime spot, close to everything. Just sleep here, don't cook or hang out.

You pay a lot of Money to stay, but it’s not very nice. There are no cooking supplies such as salt or pepper. The sliding glass door to the patio does not work. The heat works great. We were very warm. They did provide wood for a fire, which was awesome. You can walk to the bus stops in five minutes or less in the store is one minute away. We got a message before we even checked in saying the Jacuzzi didn’t work. After we complained, they said the Jacuzzi did work again so that was good but everything is just really old and it’s hard to cook there. The master bathroom had a sewer smell that was stinking up the bedroom. You have to use your showering towels to use at the Jacuzzi. The maintenance guy didn’t come to turn the lights on in the Jacuzzi until it was already dark for like an hour so we were just sitting in the dark trying to find the lights. I said it’s great but it’s just really expensive for what you get.
