🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking permits are provided and must be displayed while parked.
• Stairs: Stairs are required within the home. Please review the listing photos before booking if stairs are a concern.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Horizons 4 HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. The hot tub, sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities are generally available year-round. The pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ grills are typically available during the summer season.
• Fireplace: Firewood is often stocked on the private balcony for guest use; however, supply is not guaranteed.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly in accordance with HOA rules. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
