🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: One unassigned parking space is available in the underground garage. A parking pass is provided inside the condo and must be displayed while parked.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this condo and the loft sleeping area.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community pool, hot tubs, sauna, and BBQ area.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOT-05960-0019.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

The location of the condo complex is great. I loved the views of trees everywhere. The jacuzzi was also nice. The unit itself was clean and we basically had everything we needed for 6 people to stay there, such as ample bed space, all the kitchen implements we needed, etc. We appreciated the multiple TV's with streaming video. That being said, the unit is literally like a time capsule out of the 80's. The red carpet, the dated wallpaper, the decades-old furniture -- it all screamed of a condo that likely hadn't been updated since the owners first bought it. Everything was functional, pretty much (the kitchen faucet was falling apart, and I had to screw it back on). But if you're looking for modern, up-to-date decor or luxury, this place ain't it. The master bed was comfy enough, but my daughter hated the mattress on the bunk bed, and the mattress on the sofa bed was barely tolerable. I guess the price was good for Mammoth, which has always been pricey. But you get what you pay for.

I stayed here for around 3 weeks and had a great time. Positives- Super nice place with a small balcony which was great for drinking coffee in the morning. Nice living room with plenty of sofas and places to be with your group together. Access to the hot tubs was a big bonus after a long day of skiing!Cons-There isn't a lot of natural light in the house. One of the hot tubs (the closest one to us) stopped working during the start of our trip. Overall it was a great place and perfect for me and my group. Would stay here again.

Great spot and very convenient to the slopes! Grand Welcome was incredibly responsive and the place was as advertised. Very cozy for our ski getaway. Two things to note: (1) key pick up and drop off is at a secondary location 7min drive away. (2) I think because the water is shared by the complex, sometimes at the end of the ski day there wasn't enough hot water for all 6 guests to have a shower! We just spaced them out and still had a blast -- would definitely recommend.
