• Parking: Parking is available for up to four vehicles—two in the garage and two in the driveway. Please do not block neighboring units.
• Stairs: This is a multi-level townhouse. Stairs are required to access all levels.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes TOT 05960-0052.
• Registration: Town of Mammoth Lakes Registration C-PAN #15799.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Could not ask for a better place to get away to the mountains with friends. The house was very clean and well put together. Great mountain surroundings and perfect spot for long walks. Town and restaurants were minutes away. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay at this home. It was a perfect size for our 8 adults and 4 kids. Stuart was a great host and very quick with our couple questions. Everything at the house was great with no problems, except a few blinds not working properly but we figured a way. The master bedroom and bath were awesome. We loved the house because each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Enjoyed the gorgeous surroundings, the balcony, BBQ, huge floor to ceiling windows in living room and big gas fireplace. We had fun playing games and eating at the large dining table. The foosball table proved to be entertaining as well. We loved the location right on the golf course and walking distance to the village. The master bedroom had a big desk perfect for private work time, and thankfully the WIFI and internet connection was good for my work days. Overall, a 5-star home and stay! We would definitely stay again and enjoyed Mammoth!

Good location, nice grill. The furniture is acceptable, the linen was clean while the extra blankets not so much. Overall good stay but not one I would chose over others. I was there 20 minutes early and the code didn’t work. I called and they said to wait until our check in time, even though the house was ready. After waiting the code still didn’t work and took an additional 30 minutes to get access to the house. The woman on the phone was completely useless and gave us 5 codes all of which were wrong.

Could use better instructions on how to light fireplaces and how to operate fans and tv etc. would be nice to have more plates and utensils We had to buy plates and co to use toRun out of forks. We had 11 people for reference. House is nice and big. Parking was fine with 4 cars/trucks.

Great experience with Samantha. Had a little snafu with the toilet in the bunk bed room but they came quickly and resolved the issue. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Would highly recommend staying with Brandon. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The property’s proximity to the village made it very convenient for the gondola to Canyon Lodge and for things to do throughout the village. I hope to stay again in the future.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Stonegate home! The four bedrooms, and en-suite bathrooms, provided plenty of privacy for everyone in our group. The loft and den were good for our kids. The fully equipped kitchen, made cooking meals a breeze, and the spacious dining and living areas were perfect for gathering. foosball table added to the fun. The location couldn’t be better nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet close enough Village shopping, restaurants, and the Gondola access. Couldn't enjoy BBQ facility, due to heavy Snow the previous day. This home truly offers the best of Mammoth Lakes. Highly recommend for groups looking for a luxurious yet cozy getaway! That said, encountered some minor issues with heating units wasn’t working as expected, so some areas of the house a bit chilly. Additionally, some doors including main door didn’t close properly, which was slightly inconvenient. Despite these small hiccups, the overall experience was fantastic at this getaway spot!
