This was a lovely place, me and my friends had a great time. It was the last house right next to the ocean. The scenery was amazing and the place was bliss. Absolutely recommend !! Will definitely be coming back again.

Kathleen was very responsive and polite. Place has good location, but it was extremely windy. Outdoors could be maintained better. Pool and recreation facility is not close by. You have to get on the highway and drive in order to get to the recreation center and pool.

Second time at this place, and it definitely lived up to it's expectations. Tide pools and seal sights just couple of minutes away. Had the privilege of spotting whales sitting right at home! Enjoyed walks on the bluffs trail and star gazing at night. Also enjoyed the complimentary passes to the nearby recreational centers. :)

Such a beautiful house. It was perfect for our family with two little kids in the twin room and the grandparents in the queen bedroom. We loved the view and also the convenience of the stocked kitchen. Salt, sugar, coffee, flour and all kinds of condiments and spices left over by previous guests helped us easily make breakfast in the morning. Our kids enjoyed playing the various games and reading the few kids books in the house. The location is amazing. No sandy beach within walking distance but the view is perfect. We would book again

We had a great stay - home was in an amazing location with views from every window! Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything was similar to the pictures but the scale of the home was somewhat larger than expected, which was great. The two deck chairs for enjoying the sunset were also a nice surprise - would happily stay again!

The images of this home on the Airbnb site didn’t do it justice. The home was much larger & more spacious than pictured. The kitchen was generously outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The proximity to the walking trails & tide pools were too good to be true. The town of Gualala was a mere 10 minutes away. We highly recommend Trinks Cafe for a delicious & healthy breakfast. Our entire entourage wholeheartedly praised the home & ALL agreed we would be back!😃

Arizona is amazing, we really enjoyed our stay at the Jewel. Mark and Janne were welcoming, honest and accommodating. This turned out to be the perfect spot for us being close to our family in Gilbert. It was a great home base for day trips and the pool was awesome to return too after a day of sightseeing. I would recommend the Jewel to family and friends. Cheers

We have been coming to Sea Ranch for over 40 years. This property is in the top 3. The closeness to the ocean, bluff trail, and seal rookery can’t be beat! What would improve it are: better instructions regarding the bbq in the garage and how to dispose of coals, there was a propane bbq on the deck that didn’t work but the mgmt team sent the maintenance person, Ryan out right away. He was very friendly and managed to get it working 2) trim some of the high grass especially on the path to the trail and in front of the garbage shed. Ticks are a danger in Sea Ranch so we would like to see that managed a bit better. Thank you for a great stay!

Location couldn't have been better to access the coastal trail. Tide pools and seal viewing are just steps from the house and seeing the ocean right outside the windows was so relaxing. Lots of space in the house and looked exactly as it did in the photos. Thanks for a great stay!

Incredible ocean views from most windows and the closeness to the bluff trail are the main reasons to stay at this house. The interior also is attractive, except for stains on one sofa & chair. I did wish there were more instructions/information. For example, there was no info about how to use the woodturning insert/fireplace or where to find the wood (or who provides it). We also had trouble with the TV. We discovered it was only a Smart TV. No cable. It took having a worker come the day after our arrival to try and help us figure out how to access the apps it does provide. It also would have been helpful to have known that the place gets boiling hot if the blinds are left open during the afternoons, especially during clear weather. The solution we stumbled upon was to open the front door as well as the one to the deck to get a cross breeze. Finally, having a 10AM checkout makes for an unpleasant end to an otherwise relaxing time. Not a GRAND WELCOME. We won't use this service again.

Warm, inviting home in a beautiful location. So nice to be steps from the walking path and the tide pools. It was perfect for my 4 year old and my 70 year old parents. As someone else mentioned, the actual space feels and looks better than the photos. We had some rainy days during our visit, but the view of the ocean brought the outside in. We all didn't want to leave. Thank you inviting us into this magical place!

This place is even better than the photos suggest. Literally a few feet from the ocean, the closest property in Sea Ranch to the shoreline. The sound of ocean is very calming during the night. Leave the house and go for long walks next to the shore. The house is spacious, warm, and has all the amenities for a great stay. Make sure to pack the food - there arent any restaurants in the vicinity (some spots in Gualara 15 minutes away, but you are better off cooking at home).

The location of this is house is incredible, the tide pools are right in front and it is just a short walk to one of the seal observations which is great for kids. Kitchen is well-stocked. Lots of books, games, and puzzles to enjoy. Check-in/out was very easy. The blinds were pretty dusty and there are some dead bugs in some of the framed artwork on the walls, but everything else was very clean. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

If it’s available… book it! You won’t be disappointed, the location and view cannot be beat. Tide pools are directly below the house and the walking path is just steps away. There were ants in our bathrooms and main room so not the right place if you are squeamish about ants.

this house has beautiful view, and lots of stuff provided. We had a great time there. please be aware that some mobile carrier may have no service in the area at all. so recommend have the check-in instruction ready before departure.

Amazing find! the tidal pools and Seal observation points are right in front of the house! It felt so awesome to wake up to ocean waves everyday and watch the stars before sleeping. Highly recommend!

Great house right on the oceanfront. We had a great time. I have stayed at a bunch of houses at Sea Ranch over the years (going back to the 1980s!) and this place had one of the best stocked kitchens I have experienced, which was great for cooking (we used some supplies and also replenished some supplies). Be aware that there is early checkout--10 am--and the host was not flexible on this front. This was as advertised, but it is something I always forget to check. So take note!
