• Parking: Unassigned parking is available for up to two vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Stairs: Stairs are required inside the home to access the loft.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community sauna.
• Gated Community: Access instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes TOT 05960.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
No Smoking. Snowcreek 630 is a No-Smoking residence. Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
No parties or events are allowed in this residence.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 occupants.
No pets allowed. Animals are not allowed inside the home or on the premises.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture
Quiet time is between 10 pm and 7 am. Please keep your music to a respectful level at all times. Please maintain the neighborhood's peace and quiet. Snowcreek IV is the primary residence for many people and sound travels far at altitude.
Each unit is allocated only 2 parking spaces. Off-road motorcycles, ATV's, boats, RV's or trailers may not be parked within Snowcreek IV at any time.
Spa Use: Appropriate swimming attire must be worn while using the spa. No pets or glass are allowed in the spa area. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times.
For your safety and security be sure to lock the sliding glass door after each use.
