I saw previous messages about loud guest. I didn’t have that experience. The area was quiet, peaceful and easy to find. It can get warm at night, the fans provided worked well. The condo was conveniently located with restaurants and hiking trails a short drive away. I will definitely be booking again!

Just like description! Steven and Alex were very responsive and the room was ready on time. Because we went during the summer it was quite warm in there but they did provide multiple fans which was great!

As always, the unit was clean, comfortable and the price is right! The Mexican spot across the street makes excellent breakfast burritos that was enjoyed on our way to the lakes where we limited (5 Trout per person). This was my second time stay this fishing season. I’m already booked for this unit for another trip in 2 weeks! Thank you!!!

Condo was a good value for a 5 week stay. Laundry (Aloha Laundry) is a 1/4 mile away.Close to several stores, gas station, and Vons. 1 bedroom w/King bed and enclosed bathroom/shower. Loft with Queen bed and Bathroom/shower. Comfortable living room with a large TV. Nice layout. Easy access with code # for the front door. Upstairs unit. Parking passes for 2 vehicles.

The condo was a perfect size and more than spacious for 2 people - we love that there were 2 bathrooms! It would also be good for a small family or 2 couples. We liked that the kitchen was open to the living room and we didn't bump into one another when preparing meals. Great location, close to several stores for snow gear and rental. The condo was steps away from our favorite Latin Market (Taco Tuesdays!)

Overall, good stay. The host was very responsive and willing to accommodate. The location was great, beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony and lots to do at a walkable distance.

A perfect place for a ski/snowboarding getaway. Check in/out was easy, great places to walk to if you don’t want to drive, bedding very comfortable, and overall a great experience. Definitely recommend!!

The condo itself was excellent - clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly as described. We genuinely loved the unit. Communication was great via textHowever, during our stay a major snowstorm hit. While the storm itself was obviously outside the host’s control, the ENTIRE assigned parking lot was not plowed at all, including at the 10am checkout time. This was OVER a 24 hour period too....We began attempting to leave at checkout and found the lot completely buried in 3-4 feet of snow with no vehicle access to the street, and were stranded.As a result, we had to manually shovel a path out of the lot in freezing conditions in order to exit the property which took 2 hours. A proactive warning about potential parking inaccessibility, or minimal plow access for vehicle egress at checkout, should've happened, so we could've planned accordingly. When you're promised a parking spot, it's assumed it will be usable. The unit itself was great, and beds very comfy, but future guests visiting during heavy storm cycles should be aware that parking access may be unreliable with high chance of snow-in. Park near the entrance of the lot to be safe if needed

Stayed with my mom and daughter for 5 days skiing. Was perfect for our needs - lots of space to spread out, everything was clean. Love that this is an upstairs unit as you don’t get footsteps from above. Would gladly stay again!

No complaints about the cabin itself. We really enjoyed the space so hate to have to say this: \n\nThe host needs to take care of the crackhead neighbors downstairs blasting loud music ricocheting off the walls, and actively stomping to agitate us.

Fantastic location and complex amenities (pool, jacuzzi) were great. However, major maintenance and cleanliness issues made this stay frustrating and not worth the high price. ​The Good: Unbeatable location—quiet, walking distance to Grocery Outlet. Enjoyed the jacuzzi after snow. ​The Issues: ​Unusable BBQ: The patio grill, a main reason for booking, was filthy and unusable from previous guests. We had to change dinner plans. ​Maintenance Failure: The kitchen faucet was leaking and spraying badly since Day 1. The owner knew (put a drip tray under it instead of fixing it). By Day 4, the leak affected the downstairs neighbor. ​Cleanliness: Dining table was not wiped down. ​Management: Communication was difficult. They failed to clean the grill as promised. When we canceled the service, they repeatedly insisted on sending someone, causing needless hassle during our vacation. Too many issues for the price.

I originally reserved the condo listed as "Mammoth Getaway – Chic Condo!." A couple of hours before I was going to check in, the host messaged me to say they had to relocate my reservation to another property. They offered me a choice of 6 other properties, and I chose the one listed as "Aspen Creek #226 Year-Round Activities!" My review is about the ASPEN CREEK property. Though I was initially frustrated at the last-minute switch, I was actually very pleased with the second condo. It was very comfortable and felt just like home. I actually liked that it was further away from downtown than the first condo. The kitchen was well-stocked, so I was able to eat most meals there. The host made the transition very smooth and easy for me and was very communicative about any/all issues. I hope the host can take the time to write a review for me as well.

The place was very clean and the host was responsive and helpful when the door code wasn’t working. However I felt the place was a bit smaller than the photos portray and it wasn’t very quiet. The downstairs neighbors who live there permanently blasted loud music which you can hear through the floor for multiple hours through the day and sometimes at 7:30 AM. Also, there was a lot of construction on the street which was lound. If you’re skiing and gone all day and not cooking at home this place is totally fine. For the price not sure this was worth it as we were working from home at the air bnb. The wfh set up was great.

The condo was in a great location!! We could walk just about anywhere we needed. The house was clean, although not ready on time, which was a bit of a bummer after driving for over 8 hours. We were notified that the dishwasher was not available as listed, however based on the layout of the kitchen area I don’t believe there was ever a dishwasher in the condo. The room was big and comfy. The upstairs area was perfect with an extra bathroom, an office area and it had a pull out couch too, if we had a larger party. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and there was shampoo & conditioner provided. The parking wasn’t super convenient. Not a big deal for the day to day, but unloading and loading were a bit more difficult having to drag all our stuff from the parking area to the unit. The pool and spa onsite were great!! The pool was warm and the spa was a great way to relax and unwind at the end of the day!

The apartment itself was nice and comfortable. Plenty of space and a nice central location. The hosts were more challenging. The apartment had been described as having a dishwasher, which was great because we were planning to cook. The check out instructions which were sent multiple times all dictated that any dishes needed to be washed in the dishwasher before leaving. Despite trying to contact the host about the missing appliance, they once again sent the stock check out instructions with a warning of an extra fee if the instructions about the dishwasher were not followed. It took contacting Airbnb to intervene to get them to admit there was not in fact a dishwasher in the unit and finally update the list of amenities.

Almost perfect. We loved having two full sized living spaces. Sectional and bed were both so comfortable! It was located really close to some really great restaurants. A few downsides we experienced were 1. It was hard to locate the actual unit within the complex at first. 2. It’s a little bit of a walk from the parking lot to the unit (which is on the second floor) 3. There was a communication problem between the property owner and cleaners. When we arrived, the code we were given didn’t work. It took about 15/20 minutes for them to figure out what the correct code was. Once we got inside we discovered that the cleaners hadnt brought back the linens or replaced the trash bags. They had to come by and finished setting everything up while we were there eating dinner. The manager called the next day to apologize for this and asked if we needed anything. On the last day I was granted a late check out free of charge to compensate our check in issue, which was nice. Would rebook.

I never leave bad reviews but I’d really avoid this place. Host was really unreasonable. We could not make it for the first day because of a snow storm closing all the roads and they said that that was our fault and they couldn’t refund us for the day. They then had the audacity to message us on the day of check in to say the check in would be delayed due to the same storm and that they thank us for our understanding. So we ended up paying for an extra day that wasn’t even available if we were there. Place we fine once we got there but bedding was stained and not clean. Overall would avoid.

This is an amazing location. It is about a 2 minute walk (or 5 with ski gear) to the Mammoth bus system, so it’s super convenient. There’s a few stores and restaurants well within walking distance as well. The condo is extremely spacious and a lot bigger than the pictures let on. It has everything you need. The host is also really responsive and respectful to guests.

The place was everything we needed. The kitchen had cookware and some basic spices. The hot water in the bathrooms was quick and plentiful. The building was just a block away from several great restaurants, a grocery store, a ski rental place, and several free shuttles to the mountains. The rental company was very quick to respond when we had a question or needed something. The wifi was very fast, and the comfortable desk in the loft was great for a day of remote work. And the mattress was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great deal for my shoulder-season stay. This mountain town unit is actually walkable to stores, coffee, and restaurants (don't forget the mammoth shuttle down main). There was also a nice little work station for remote working trips. I never had to reach out for issues but the host was responsive for the few messages I did send, and checked in on me during the stay.

El apartamento es sencillamente expectacular, con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos dias en mammonth lakes, tenia todo lo necesario en la cocina, baños, salas de television, en fin, fue muy agradable mi estancia, ademas de ello, un gran apoyo por las personas encargadas del inmueble, pues conte con su ayuda, toda vez que deje mis papeles con cedula, licencia de conduccion, tarjetas de credito y debito y conte con su apoyo para que me fueran enviados a los Angeles antes de partir a mi ciudad de origen. Solo me queda agradecerles infinitamente.

Nice spot with local spots nearby for fun activities and places to eat. The place was clean and tidy. Cozy and warm. The host was very responsive and always attentive! Only one thing was that pillows were a bit too fluffy which made sleeping a little hard, but were not a deal breaker. Air definitely gets dry so we recommend using the humidifiers that the condo had. Those came in handy!! Overall great stay and will highly recommend and would want to stay here again! 10/10
