Love this place! Very comfortable and quiet. Nice view from balcony. Big balcony to relax and enjoy a coffee or cocktail. So close to Canyon lodge and the village. We will be back!

Very cozy spot close to everything. It is a spacious unit with everything you need for a trip to the mountains. Close to town and the mountain or lakes, and parking was nice. Stuart was very responsive.

A great little spot! We loved the balcony area, and it was the perfect size for myself, husband, toddler, and Labrador. Also, the bed was very comfortable- which is a rare find for an Airbnb.

We enjoyed our stay here for a ski weekend. The location is very close to canyon lodge which was a huge plus. Very spacious for two people. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of extra towels and blankets. We would definitely stay here again!

this is a great place especially if you plan on going skiing or snowboarding. 12 minute walk to the canyon lifts, there are many stairs though. I enjoyed the balcony and liked the spacious kitchen. While there are two bathrooms and a pullout couch available, I think four people might be a little tight. So if you’re doing that, only come with people you really like. Perfect for solo or a couple.

We had a great stay here for our ski weekend! Plenty spacious for 2 guests but would comfortably fit 4 with the 2 full bathrooms. Home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was also very nice with the covered garage space. Would stay again!

I stayed here with my wife and we had a great experience. The location is excellent—within walking distance to Canyon Lodge, which made everything very convenient. The management team was very responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again.

This is a very difficult review to write because I really did love the property. It was cozy and seemed clean but I have to be honest in my review. My issue was with the sleeping arrangements. I booked the property for 3 people, the property was advertised as sleeping 4 people but when we arrived the sofa bed was broken and not usable. I contacted the host immediately when finding the issue and sent them photos of the bed. They apologized for the inconvenience. While I appreciated the apology, my guest, who was an adult had to sleep on the couch or the floor, both were not ideal or unacceptable. I did ask if there was some compensation for the fact that we booked a property that slept 4 people but in reality, only slept 2 people. I expected at least one night would be reimbursed for our inconvenience. They responded that they would look into it and then never responded back. When I followed up, I felt a bit dismissed. They told me that they already reimbursed me 150 (which was about 10% of what I paid) but if I had not followed up I would not have known at all. As I mentioned, I did like the property, but I can’t book this in the future and if you are needing a property that sleeps more than 2 people, I don’t believe this would be able to accommodate you. The communication was easy and pleasant.

Unit in very good condition. Host was very responsive for questions. The in-house documentation could be better for things like TV setup, laundry location, pool / spa hours, etc, but overall very good experience.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was cute, clean, cozy, and a perfect amount of space for us. They also have an after hours line that was helpful for when we had questions, and they were very responsive. I would highly reccomend. :)

This was a decent place to stay, so here are the good points. The location is great. It's up on the mountain on the edge of town but is still close to everything. It's peaceful up there. It's nice to have your own parking spot inside of a garage. The condo was fairly well appointed and had all the stuff needed to cook your own meals if you desired. It was not fancy and it was somewhat dated, but that was okay. I would only recommend this place if you have dogs that shed and you are used to hair everywhere. If you're not used to pets, don't stay here. There was pet hair all over the place, especially on the couches. The only other complaint we had was that the bed is in the loft and the weather was about 80° while we were there. It got very hot and it was tough to sleep. We ended up finding two box fans and had them running all night with the deck doors open to cool things down.

This was a great place to stay during the summer. Cozy and relaxing- 5 minute drive from downtown. Really enjoyed how peaceful and clean the room was. Great loft setup. Appreciated the garage parking for our car. We did have some check in issues, as the instructions were incorrect and need updating. The customer service rep was responsive when we had issues checking in. We were delayed by 15 minutes based on the instruction issues, but it all worked out in the end. Would recommend staying here .

Great little loft in Mammoth - the condo's kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We took advantage of the multiple BBQs available and cooked almost every meal. Communication with the host was prompt and easy, and they were very helpful with an issue we encountered. The kids enjoyed the pool and waving to the bear on our way in and out of the community. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location, great amenities and well stocked kitchen. Only issue was that the walls are thin so we could hear the unit next doors party into the night. Recommend bringing earplugs.

I had a great time and the place was perfict for my solo trip. I enjoyed the views of the mountains with my coffee in the morning, and relaxing by the fireplace in the evening. the location was also great, access to the mountains and the village were very convenient and made for a stress free holiday.

This place was exactly what my friend and I needed for a quick weekend. The garage parking was a nice touch, however the building was a little difficult to find at first. There was some info that wasn’t available right off the bat, but the host was very quick to respond. All in all, it was clean, close to the slopes, very comfortable, and had great amenities.

First off, I think The host was super responsive. The places itself was very clean and has 2 full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen/living room and all the amenities needed to make meals. There is also a pretty big patio with 2 separate sliding glass doors. (1 door does not lock). It also has a big tv in the living room as well as a tv in the upstairs loft. There is a sofa bed that is meh. But efficient for bigger groups to sleep in one place. However, we did not sleep well at all. The walls are SOOOO thin. We could hear every footstep, every conversation and noise from the surrounding condos. So loud to the point we could hear word for word what the people next door were talking about. It almost felt like the footsteps were coming from our place. Which kept us up every night. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you as the noise goes on all night. I do think it is a nice place for a big group of people. But if you are traveling alone without friends I DO NOT RECOMMEND

When we first arrived the smell was so bad, like a Fabreeze bomb had gone off. I didn't think we could stay. We opened the sliders and door and used a box fan.It. Was awful but got better by the next day. sliders and door, put a fan in the doorrway

Really nice condo, close to Canyon Lodge (walkable but a steep hill is challenging to navigate with ski boots). Covered parking. Easy check in. Great communication and responsive to any issues or questions.

The accommodations were as described and worth the price we paid. We had an awesome trip and the skiing was great. I think most people probably go to the Canyon Lodge from this location, which was very close, but we went to Eagle Lodge and that was convenient as well. Another review mentioned the steep grade of the hill to get to the location, and they had some issues. On one of the days after some snowmelt, the road was icy and our 2 wheel drive vehicle couldn't get up the grade without chains, which fortunately we had. I would definitely bring chains when driving to this place, I'm not sure if AWD would have cut it. There were plenty of good places to eat and places to get groceries within a few minutes drive. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances we needed to cook a few meals. There was 1 day that we ran out of hot water during a shower, not sure why - maybe community water heater? The hot tub was a 30 second walk and very nice. Overall we'd give it 4.5 stars. + experience

Great stay. Unit is as described. Note that it is an older complex, no elevator for example, parking requires lifting up / down a garage door. There is no central HVAC, just a fireplace & old school heaters mounted in the wall that you have to turn on / off. Great communication. Beautiful access to nature. Unit worked well for the vacation!

Literally can’t say enough good things about this place and the management team. They were so incredibly responsive and communicative. The unit was so comfy and cozy with a fully stocked kitchen and it was so nice to stay somewhere that has a nice TV that wasn’t 30 years old. The jacuzzi was awesome and super hot and the covered garage spot was super nice to keep the car in. Lastly the location was great super close to canyon lodge. Definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to visit again thank you!

Loved the Airbnb!!! The only thing was that the Airbnb was located at the top of a very steep hill that was no plowed quickly enough and no ice was put down, my car could not get to the Airbnb in a snow storm, so we had to park at the rental office location and use taxi service… but other than that, the actual Airbnb was beautiful !!

The condo was as advertised and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of bath linens. We liked the furnishings and unique floor-plan. The fireplace was cozy. The only thing to be aware of is that you have to go to the management company to get the key. You also need to pick up a parking pass but can only get it during 9am-5pm office hours. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.
