Carpet on stairs and upstairs is stained black and dirty; needs replacing. Listing of en suite downstairs bedroom was inaccurate. Windows are old, and many do not open. Downstairs shower doors hung wrong or broken and continuously fell off track. Original entry door code never worked; thankfully host was extremely responsive and provided a replacement code that worked with only a short wait outside. The complex is undergoing maintenance so saws/workers constant; painters worked on this unit's balcony early Monday morning talking on the phone while working outside open bedroom windows, disturbing the sleepers. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fairly stocked (though pots/pans are all sluffing Teflon and need replacing, and the counter is badly cracked/gapped), and dining/couch area comfortably fit our 7 adults. We did have to tighten all the dining chair legs as many were quite wobbly, but easily remedied, though we shouldn't have had to.

Although this place was quite spacious, there were some issues. The check-in email that was given to me gave wrong codes for getting in the door. So we had to go through the process of trying to talk with someone to get an actual code that worked. The code for the Wi-Fi was also wrong and that took some time to figure that out as well. One of the guys I was with actually had to fix the shower door and the toilet downstairs because the shower door would hardly open, and he had to hold down the flush lever the whole time for the toilet to work. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work because it was frozen full of ice. Only three of the four burners on the stove worked. The carpet on the floor is in obvious need of being removed and replaced with something new.

Great location! A lot of space. Rooms were great. Everything as described, and we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is great and has every necessity, but a little small for a larger group.

Great stay, it was super close to the village and mountain and it accommodated 9 of us well. Walking distance from Vons and restaurants. I was happily surprised that there were 3 full bathrooms instead of 2, that was amazing for a large group. Would definitely stay here again!

Really wonderful home! Very clean, comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax. Well located near the bowling alley, brewery, restaurants, grocery store, and multiple bus stops. Would definitely stay here again.

A very good homestay experience. Clean and comfortable, with plenty of warm bedding and blankets. We were fortunate to experience three days of heavy snow, which added to the enjoyment of the trip. I would definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.

Great location! Close to Vons and ski resort. The house is big enough to fit 10 people. The only concern is the limited parking space

Definitely worth 5 stars. Great location, we had 4 couples and an infant. The space felt big enough since the common area is separate from all rooms except for on, which had its privacy as well. Kitchen is small, but we managed! Overall happy with the place and no real complaints! If they added a child gate for the stairs that would be above and beyond!

10 of us fit nicely and good location. Unfortunately, we had an incident with two mice in the house. Management responded quickly and tried to take care of it right away. Unfortunately, we were a little on edge the remainder of the time.

Stayed for 4 nights in this property. while the layout, no of bedrooms seems to be satisfactory, my stay wasn't up to the mark. we're working and needed the internet right away, info provided in the email was incorrect and found the correct info on the printout located in the property. while this is small inconvenience, the next day, it stopped working in the afternoon completely. had to call to get it fixed and we're without internet for a while. the next found woke up to dead mice in my sandals and dishwasher wasn't working. someone did come to fix it (looks like it has to be in certain cycle etc etc), i ended up having hand wash and live with full sink of dishes. the cooking vessels are way bigger than the burners and making them not so useful scenario. ended up using available small ones. even missing basic things like oven mittens, food storage bowls with lids ( had nothing to store left overs, so used small bowls with plates ). The stove is another story, all wobbly coils didn't allow cooking easy either. was using just one back burner, consuming delayed time and all. the bed top coverings and throw/decorative pillows were old, had stains and feels dirty. One of the downstairs sink was clogged/slow water draining. someone did come but problem persists. oh, no one asked me about what happened to the dead mice, we had to dispose it along with my sandals. Overall, this could be a great property, only if they update and address the issues. Hope this helps.

Overall the location and space was very worthwhile. We did have a number of problems upon arrival that we brought to their attention and were mostly resolved (no AC, mice, broken window handles, broken shower). Overall jt worked great for us. But we had to adapt and hang our food to keep mice from getting in our bags.

Stayed here with a total of 8 of us. It was perfect and we would definitely stay again. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make delicious meals. The bedrooms were more spacious than expected and we never felt crowded. Great for large groups, so many beds! Very inviting and made us feel at home.
