• Stairs: This is a multi-level home; stairs are required to access bedrooms and common areas.
• Parking: Space for up to 3 vehicles—2 standard-size vehicles in the garage and 1 larger vehicle in the driveway.
• Security cameras: This home is equipped with security cameras monitoring the interior and exterior of the property.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Great place - we've stayed in the Obsedian development before and it is great all around in terms of quality, location, etc. Host was very responsive. Only complaint was that directions were inaccurate and the code to the lockbox was incorrect.

This place was really nice. We have stayed in the Obsidian community before and it has some of the nicest accommodations in Mammoth. Spacious home with plenty of room for the seven of us. The decor is very nice and I actually think the home shows better in person than the pictures. Everyone in our party loved everything about it and we will look to stay here again in the future.

What a beautiful place to stay in Mammoth! Everything looked just like the photos and I would definitely stay here again... Close to everything (about 10 minutes from Woolly's Adventure Summit, less than 10 minutes from The Village at Mammoth, 15 minutes from the panorama gondola at Mammoth Mountain) and felt right at home. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, glassware, cutlery, lots of dishes, cutting boards, etc. The bedrooms and main living spaces were spacious and had a bunch of extra items that were nice to have, like bean bags for kids, puzzles, and that kind of thing. Check in and check out were super easy and they were very responsive with any questions I had. Thanks for a great stay!
