This place has one of the most stocked kitchen I’ve been, and very spacious, extra parking will be at their renal office not too far from the Airbnb. We had a good time and enjoyed the stay, but there are a bit of rules in place that are outdated so be sure to ask the host questions, which they are super responsive!

A peaceful, spacious retreat. We really enjoyed our stay celebrating a birthday, and felt the en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom were especially helpful as we were all young families. We look forward to returning.

The house itself was lovely, comfortable beds, great views. But we had some issues. Minor communication ones, but the big problem was with the stove. We had a little trouble using it, then when I turned on the middle burner there was a minor explosion. Fire, smoke. They seemed concerned and said not to use it until maintenance could look. Fine. Then they said oh, the middle burner is a known issue and there used to be a sign. I found this very negligent and the burner should be taped off/knob removed, and a warning posted, and a note in the check in and instruction book.

Pros: Very spacious, bathroom for every bedroom, comfortable beds and bedding, kitchen utensils, games, easy check in and check out, extra bedding, quiet neighborhood Cons: Hot tub pictured is not working(make sure to read the entire listing), we had a mouse visiting us for two nights, no filtered water besides a brita in fridge, not enough towels we had to use the hot tub towels, not super close walkable access to beach.

Great location. Very comfortable house. Easy to communicate with the renting company, although not much flexibility on early check in or later check out. Overall a great choice especially with a pet.

Spacious, super clean and homey. Each room has its own bathroom, which was a big plus for our family. Peaceful and relaxing. Kitchen was huge and stocked properly. A lot of walking trails and hiking trails around.

We had a wonderful stay at this Sea Ranch home with our group of nine (two families). The house was spacious, clean, and exceptionally well appointed—thoughtfully laid out to provide both privacy and quiet across the groups. It had everything we needed to cook, grill, relax, and enjoy time together indoors and out. The location and views were perfect; we watched the sunset each evening and spotted deer right outside the house. It’s just a short walk to Gualala Point Regional Park, and the views of the ocean and surrounding fields were serene and idyllic. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout the stay. We would highly recommend this home to families or larger groups looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway on the coast!

we loved our stay here ,the house was a perfect fit for our group, its super clean and spacious and close to amazing beaches! all in all it was a great time! a heads up to others renting though they do charge a $75 dollar fee for late check out and and additional $50 for any extra garbage that dosent fit in the trash cans. but it is a beautiful home and we would definitely stay here agin in the future!

Beautiful home, perfect for my big family. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook all of our family meals without stress. We enjoyed the stunning views at the house as well as around town; less than a ten minute drive from Gualala downtown. We appreciated the complimentary washer pods, and they also provided beach chairs which definitely came in handy. Overall great experience here with clear instructions for entry and checkout. We did have to bring our own disinfectant spray since all they had was glass cleaner. Also a couple of family members said that the house smelled like dog, this is not really something that bothers me personally but a couple of my family members did make note of it.

We had a great time here! We did a getaway with our family - which consisted of 5 adults and 5 children under the age of 6. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and the fireplaces in the bedrooms were a bonus. The location is unbeatable - we ended up going in a walk to the beach to watch the sun set over the ocean and it was gorgeous. The kids also enjoyed the board games and puzzles. Beautiful home in Sea Ranch with both trees and ocean views. It felt super private but easy access to trails to the coast. I came with a group of 7 women and the house was spacious and comfortable. The listing says 3 bedroom but feels like a 4 bedroom. Perfect weekend getaway!

The house is huge, impeccably clean, and very well kept! I’d say it looks even better in person than in the pictures. We especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The living room was massive, and watching the sunsets from there was absolutely spectacular. I'd be happy to stay here again. And I recommend it.

Very comfortable. Well stocked. Only a couple items that were necessary. Only 1 coffee filter for a 4 night stay and propane ran out in the barbecue after one night. Didn’t change the 5 star rating just an fyi fot the host. Thank you.

What a lovely house and great views. Location was very close to Gualala, which made us happy. Across the Gualala Point and the park. Lots of birds, wildlife, and a family of quail. Great kitchen. Staff were great people, and even told us where to go birding. We would come back again with pleasure.

We rented this property for my parents birthdays and we had a total of 4 couples and 2 children in the home. It was perfect in size. We did run into check in issues (check in info was never sent and msgs day of were not answered in time), but once we got a hold of the property manager, everything went well. One thing I would like to inform future renters is that some of the basics you would see at other rentals were not there so please check the details in the contract. BUT this place is great if you want a nice getaway with family/friends under the pleathora of stars.

Although the winter storms keep rolling in, we remained cozy and so happy at this spacious, clean, and well stocked, well maintained modernized home. We cooked everyday and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was perfect, with a trail head access to the Gualala River nearby and gorgeous redwood groves. The property management company, Grand Welcome, and local staff support were very responsive, especially by text. On the last day as we were checking out, one of our cars needed a jump due to battery issue. While we waited for AAA roadside assistance, which would have been at least an hour wait, Grand Welcome sent their local maintenance person with jumper cables to help us restart our car within 15 minutes. It was amazing support for such a remote location. The cleaning staff assisted with contacting the maintenance person, and the lead cleaning staff was so friendly and helpful. Five stars all around!
