• Parking: Garage parking for up to two vehicles. One assigned parking space is included, plus one additional unassigned space available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this condo.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry facilities are available within the community.
• Gear Storage: A dedicated storage closet is available for skis, snowboards, and mountain gear.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

We love this unit. It's good size, clean && quiet. The set up is great with the master on one end && the living room on the other. One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi tub which my kids love. The kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast or dinner. It's up on flight of stairs but there is nobody above you. The patio isn't much && was rarely used but there is a lot of grass directly in front of the unit, as well as, a pool + spa in the complex. Steven && Alex are super friendly && helpful. They really went above && beyond for us when we accidently left a fan behind. We would absolutely recommend them + their place && plan to stay again.

Was a very quiet and relaxing stay. Home had all the amenities listed. Was very clean and spacious. Easy access to and from garage and neighborhood markets and restaurants. The area is breathtaking. Hosts gave clear check in and check out instructions and were super responsive to answer any questions/concerns we had. The only issue is very minimal but the carpet could use some cleaning. Eitherway, I would definitely stay again! Thank you !

Great location for what we wanted. Had two grandkids with us so the extra room for them to play in was great as was the extra bathroom. The only drawback was getting into the condo for the first time. The code didn’t work so we called. It took more time than it should have to get it resolved and have someone come over to help us out. After that, it was smooth. An overall great experience.

The place is very close to the ski resort. It’d be very convenient to stay here. We came during the summer. Location is very close to Mammoth village. The condo was clean with many cookware to use. We had a great time. The master bathroom tub wasn’t draining well. Steve was quick to respond. Since we were there only 2 nights and we could use the other bathroom, I didn’t request for the fix while we were there. Overall a pleasant stay in the condo

We had a beautiful stay. The condo was located right by Canyon, so it was easy to walk to the lifts with our two girls (6 and 7). Getting in and out was easy, parking was convenient and spacious, and the home itself was beautifully appointment and very home like. We will be coming back -- 5 stars across the board.

This place is perfect for a snowboarding trip, as it is walking distance to canyon lodge making everything so convenient. Also garage parking for two cars was really nice too since we didn’t have to worry about shoveling any snow.

This was our second time staying. We really like the place. It's very homey && quiet. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of stuff for cooking (just missing a cheese shredder). No bbq's or laundry in the unit which is somewhat of a bummer. But we used the complex laundry for the first time && it was very easy && convenient.

We enjoyed our summertime stay, great location, close enough yet far enough from town, peaceful and quiet. I have been fortunate to have skied Mammoth since 1970. I have stayed at too many places to name in Mammoth including a corner condo suite at Mammoth Mountain Inn. For a ski vacation it would be difficult to think of a better location, close to Canyon Lodge and close to the Gondola route to lp0 m the Village, park yourself to and the the important important time is a good kwhen you arrive and never have to drive until you have to leave to go home.

The proximity to the Canyon Lodge can’t be overstated! That said, the interior is somewhat dated, and certain items require attention; for example, the microwave door is held in place with tape. There are multiple thermostats in the living room area, some of which don’t appear to be functional. If traveling in a larger group, be prepared to bring your own kitchen and bathroom supplies, as the apartment is scarcely provisioned. Heads-up: there wasn’t a corkscrew in the kitchen; we had to go out and buy one. The cleanliness was at an acceptable level, as long as you didn't look too deep. There was a nice jacuzzi, but the ambiance was somewhat lacking because of a snowblower stored next to it and the dirt at the bottom of the swimming pool.

This was an ideal spot for a quick ski trip. Very close to the Canyon Lodge lifts. Easy walk to skiing. The unit was clean and the pool area was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great time at the cabin. Very convenient location that is quick walk away from the gondola and Canyon Lodge, which was very helpful for going back and forth with kids to ski. Host communication was great as well.

Had the best stay here! I had a father/daughter ski trip and wanted to be as close to Canyon Lodge as possible to make things easy. This location could not have been better, and it was so nice to come back to a cozy place after skiing :) Totally would stay here again! My dad loved it too.

This condo was cozy, comfortable, and quiet. It could use a few very minor updates but was perfect for our family of 5. 2 minute walk to Canyon Lodge, was easy for our group to come/go at different times, go back for lunch. Underground parking fit our full size truck. We would stay here again!

The initial draw was how close the property is to Canyon Lodge. And it delivered. So close to the lodge, the lifts, the slopes. No need to wake up extra early to secure limited car parking or take the gondola or shuttle. Just walk about 3-4 minutes and you're there. In addition to the prime location, the property itself met our needs, expectations, and hopes. Clean, well furnished, beyond pleasant to spend several nights, a welcome refuge after a long day of skiing with the family. We encountered 0 issues during our stay, and the included covered parking spots were a much welcome bonus. Again, super convenient. We also appreciated the electronic door locks both in the garage and the unit itself. Two less keys to track and worry about. Lastly, we had a minor question come up during our stay and reached out via text to the property manager, and the response was quick and helpful. And that was it. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and will look to book it on subsequent trips.
