The house was in a good condition but it was disappointed when I opened the bed and the bed sheets seemed not washed because there were hairs.

Overall a great place. The home is in a gated community near the green line bus stop. This is a great thing to know if you’re going to hit the slopes. The home is part of an HOA so there is cleaning and movement always going on outside. Don’t be alarmed. The home is fairly new construction from the looks of it which is nice.

The place was great, clean, conveniently located but when our party was faced with a need to change dates after being affected by the LA fires, the managing company was not very accommodating of our extraordinary situation. We ultimately got the date moved but only after a ton of back and forth and ultimately having to pay more than we originally booked for. I assume this is because it’s a management company and not dealing with the actual owner. Big bummer for us on that front.

Obsidian Dreaming is the right name because this place is a DREAM. Everything was spotless, the description was 100% accurate (which is already a win), and it had all the things that make a trip feel extra special—a hot tub for post-snowboard recovery, BBQ for grilling up good times, and games for the competitive crew. Plus, enough bathrooms so no one had to do the awkward dance of "who’s next?" Would absolutely stay again!Elite level hosting. We expect a certain level of cleanliness, which is why we spend the money on accommodations. It however didn’t meet the price point or our expectation. Pros cozy, new, nice hot tub and kitchen. Cons: All of the showers are clogged, all of them. When you are showering it’s very uncomfortable because after 2 mins you’re standing in about 2” of dirty water. After a long day of sking or snowboarding, the last thing you want is to stand in your own shower water. The primary shower had hair stuck to the wall as left by previous guest. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. The beds were dirty. They had stains, hair and 1 bed had what appeared to be blood stain which we took a pic of. At the very least the sheets should be clean for bedding. We are a family of 3 and we decided to sleep in same bed that was in better condition than the rest. I found the host to be rude as we asked for a late checkout and received a hard no. We paid $2,600 for 2 nights and expect proper accommodations.
