🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: Unassigned parking is available for up to two vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking pass is provided inside the condo and must be completed and displayed while parked.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access portions of the home.
• Balcony: The upstairs balcony is currently closed for repairs and is not available for guest use.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the seasonal pool, hot tubs, sauna, sports courts, and BBQ area.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

Great location and value for a large group! Carpet is not the cleanest and the entry way is very small so it can get cramped. Otherwise a pretty good place to stay

First off, the location was very easy to find. The condo itself felt very homey. Not up to date at all - and it had a feeling like you were back in time a bit. It is in a good location, as we chose to walk everywhere. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. And close to the buss stops that will take you to the Main Lodge. Best part was that each floor had a bathroom! Probably wouldn’t go back because it was a bit pricey for that place. But I would still recommend.

This was our second stay here, and once again we had a great experience. All of the bedding was very clean, and the layout of the home was more than spacious enough for our group of eight. The host was very responsive and helpful, and compared to our visit a year ago, the place felt even cleaner and cozier this time. The jacuzzi was also well maintained, and everyone really enjoyed using it. We would absolutely love to stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Check in was easy with clear instructions to access the unit and where to park, the kitchen was well appointed with appliances but could use additional wine and water glasses. We always travel with stemless Yeti glasses so we were set. There was only one wine glass and 2 water glasses. Plenty of dishes, utensils and cooking tools were available. The unit was spacious with 3 floors, the downstairs carpet and baseboard paint could use the slightest upgrades but the grounds of the property were beautiful and the unit is conveniently located close to the hot tubs and pool. The location was PERFECT within walking distance to many restaurant choices which made it easy to walk in the evenings.

The location was great! Very close to conveniences and the bus stop. There were no pillow cases on any of the beds when we arrived so we had to use towels until they brought us pillow cases in the morning. The pillows were way too dingy-looking to put our faces on. The wifi password they provided was wrong so we didn't have wifi until the next morning as well. The kitchen had a lot of gross dust on the ceilings and there were cobwebs in the lighting. Carpets were very dirty. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Overall it's a good location but not clean and kept up to our liking.

It was enough space for 8 people to stay. The bed was very comfortable! Hot water worked well in all three bathrooms. It was an Airbnb with no inconveniences. It was perfect!! If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again. thank you!

Our family trip while staying at this location was wonderful! It was a perfect size for our family of 8. The only issue we had was the keypad/ door lock. I would recommended placing an extra key in the master key lock in case the keypad becomes an issue in the future. Besides that, I would recommend this place for sure.

Rooms are smaller than the pictures imply- nothing fancy, but 3 levels, 3 bathrooms & the lift with bunk beds made this a good location with family & friends. Walking distance to Vons, Starbucks & many free shuttle stops was helpful also.

This was the perfect ski condo for our group! Spacious, with many beds, the unite has everything you need and is quite comfy. Probably the best feature is the location. It is very easy to catch the red/green bus lines to either canyon or eagle. Also it is super close to Vons and many good restaurants!
