• Community amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and seasonal recreational facilities, are managed by the HOA and may occasionally close for maintenance without notice.
• Please note that Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing widespread construction throughout the area, including road work and building projects. This is outside of our control and may result in noise during your stay. Refunds will not be issued for disturbances related to local construction.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

I loved this Airbnb stay!! I tend to cook for mammoth trips and I was thoroughly impressed at how well stocked the kitchen was. Plenty of space to spread out and hot water was great. Only downside was the complex hot tub is rather lukewarm

Had a great trip. Perfect for two couples - as two bedrooms rooms pretty much exactly the same. Kitchen was well supplied including spices! There is a shuttle stop right outside the door to get to the mountain. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, good location and very comfortable. Electronic lock system for door was wonky and left us waiting on the porch for 30 minutes when we initially arrived the first time and another 30 minutes until someone came by to re-code the lock before we could leave. Other than and and no firewood (never had a rental up there without any), the place is great.

Villa de los pinos was a perfect location for mammoth. The unit was in excellent shape and equipped beyond expectations. Management throughout our stay was communicative making check in and checkout a breeze. Definitely a ten plus experience!!! Thank you for the wonderful new years experience!

We would stay at this unit again. Very clean, everything in great condition. It's the end unit so quiet and private. Separate heater control in each room was nice. Staff is friendly and responsive. More than anything, the bus stop is right across the street, and it's only the 2nd stop on the route so you always get a seat.

Really loved our stay here ! There were four of us adults and we had plenty of room to hangout, cook, and chill. There was a shuttle directly across the street from the unit and the home was conveniently located within 3 mins to Vons and food. Really appreciated the two full bathrooms and everything seemed clean and renovated ! Would love to come back to this perfect little home ❤️

Very clean, all the amenities you need, great shower pressure, streaming services, and easy walking distance to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Unit seems recently remodeled. Loved that it's an end unit so only one shared wall, and the neighbor was very quiet. Will definitely be a return customer on our next visit to Mammoth!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location is nearly ideal, though there is some road noise as the property faces a well-traveled road. The kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely remodeled, the bedrooms were both neat and clean, and we especially liked sitting on the deck upstairs overlooking a nicely manicured lawn area. Any questions we had were always promptly addressed. I'd consider returning in the future.

Our home away from home was peaceful, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped. Best of all, we could open the windows and enjoy the mountain breezes. At night, we lit a fire. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. It was just what we needed in a vacation. Renewing!

This place exceeded expectations. It was super convenient to the shuttle to the mountain, we barely used our car the whole time. It felt super spacious and was very comfortable for us to stay in. Highly recommend and we will be looking to book again the next time we go snowboarding.

The unit is close to road, so no issues when it snows, and easy in/out. This is not a main road, so it was all quiet and peaceful during the weekend we spent there. The two bedrooms (and one bathroom) are on the first level, and the Kitchen/living room is on the second. The 2nd bathroom was also on the 2nd level. Very clean and accomodating!

The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. The host company was very responsive. There was an indoor hot tub and sauna very close to the unit. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our snowboarding trip and loved it. The decor and furnishings gave it a cozy cabin feel. This condo was fully stocked, from comfortable furnitures to complete kitchenware. The wifi was great, allowing us to stream movies at night. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, steps away from the Redline shuttle to Mammoth Village. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful place to stay. My family and I came to snowboard and the Canyon lodge was only a 7 min drive. This place is conveniently located around restaurants, retail stores and super markets. It’s well furnished and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a ski trip. Really close to several bus stops that made it easy to get to the mountain. Place was spacious and clean. We were missing some of the basic shampoo and things but other than that place was great and would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect for a romantic and family friendly getaway! From the clear instructions and the spotless premises, everything was as described and beyond. We spent 5 days on the mountain and around. It was very easy to drive to the slopes and also to the restaurants. There is shopping center in a walking distance for supplies and any last minute errands. Very convenient and peaceful. We highly recommend the place and we will come again! Thank you!
