Cook at home in the well-equipped kitchen featuring a drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, slow cooker, and more. Share meals at the dining table for 6, with extra seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.
Two bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathroom, making this a convenient stay for families or two couples. In the complex, you’ll also find a community clubhouse with a seating area, pool table, vending machine, and kitchenette; shared laundry facilities; and seasonal/scheduled amenities like the outdoor pool and BBQ stations (summer), plus a year-round hot tub and sauna.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: One unassigned space is available in the underground garage. A parking pass must be displayed while parked. Please pick up the pass from the St. Anton front office; if you arrive after office hours, obtain your pass the next morning (office opens at 8 AM).
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• Communal amenities: Outdoor pool and BBQ stations operate seasonally (summer). Hot tub and sauna are typically available year-round. The clubhouse offers a seating area, pool table, vending machine, and kitchenette. Amenity availability is subject to HOA schedules, maintenance, and local regulations.
• WiFi is provided; however, due to our remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
