🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles is available in the community lot. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked.
• Stairs: This is a three-story condo. Interior stairs are required to access all levels.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Chamonix HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Amenities include a seasonal pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, game room, outdoor fire pit, and summer BBQ stations.
• Laundry: A community laundry room is available within the complex.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes STR Registration C-PAN #15748.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.

We had such a great stay at this property! The host was super proactive with communication, and we had no issues during our stay that required reaching out. The bathrooms were super clean and had everything we needed for eight people. The home itself was cozy, well kept, and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the lifts, which made things especially easy after a long day on the mountain. We would absolutely stay here again!

Enough utensils & dishes. Slow cooker would be good to have. Clean! Loved the floor without carpet in the dining &living area! Toto warm toilet seats at 2 toilets were good. Wished to have it in all toilets though. No cable tv…all units we stayed at Chamonix for past 3-4 years had cable tv so we expected to have it. We had to subscribe peacock to watch Super Bowl/olympics. We only stay at one of units in chamonix as we visit mammoth 2-3 times a year for at least 3 nights each time.

Location is great. However pots were dirty upon arrival and supplies are sub-par for price. Bring everything. Communication was not what I expected in emergency. Power went off in kitchen Christmas morning in the middle of cooking breakfast. Just need to know where breaker was. Took and hour before I found it. They got back to me in an hour an a half. Could have been solved in minutes. Also did not supply enough TP, paper towels, garbage bags etc. most of all. Pictures deceiving in VRBO. Living space for six is not what is looks like. There is not enough seating for six in the living room. Kitchen is extremely small. One person fits at a time. I would not stay here again.

Recommend this Chamonix Retreat - it is within walking distance of Canyon Lodge. It was spacious and accommodated my family/group of 8, and had all the amenities that we needed.

Beautiful spot, condo hand a few loose things, railings wobbled, toilet downstairs never stopped running, and a picture was in the floor from lose screws, but overall was amazing. Close to lifts, very clean, had everything to make our thanksgiving dinner. We would definitely stay there again!

Couldn’t ask for more in terms of cleanliness, number of bathrooms, bedrooms and the proximity to canyon lodge. Was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was smaller than expected (really only fits one person at a time) but turned out fine since I didn’t end up doing much cooking. The key to the amenities (spa, sauna, game room) was not hanging in the key hooks as promised and the host told me it couldn’t be replaced, I had to work hard to get a key and lost a day of rec room use and some of my time. The sauna was very nice. Unfortunately, the pool table cues are broken and the ping pong balls are missing. I would be hesitant to rent this place again because if something went wrong the host will not be able to help/doesn’t have authority to replace items. The host is a management company I think. She was incredibly nice, but not determined to solve problems.

Great location, and clean, my only complaint was that the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. After a long day on the slopes I was hoping for a more comfortable bed.

Great place to stay with friends. There are two downstairs bedroom with extra room with bunk beds. The bunk beds are a little low but everything was great. Easy access in and out of condo. Condo is walking distance to canyon lodge. Lovely stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Mammoth for a friend snow boarding trip! There were 7 of us and it was perfect in terms of space and bathrooms. The place was a short 5 minute walk to the canyon lodge/lifts which was perfect. Would definitely stay here again! The only downfall was that one of the communal hot tubs was cold so the one that was working was very packed. But I am sure that is an easy fix and was not any fault of the condos. Other than that the whole stay was great!
