I enjoyed my stay in this Hidden Valley condo. It was clean and comfortable, super comfy bed. The location was quiet and tucked away from the tourist areas of Mammoth, yet close to the lakes basin (hiking) and shopping. The pool and hot tubs were a plus too. I would stay here again.The unit could use some updates and airing out, and some basics like salt and pepper and coffee to start out would be nice. Not a deal breaker though.

This was a wonderful, cozy place to stay at the end of a very long road trip across the PNW! It was in a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The place is very clean, well-decorated, and felt like the perfect home. Was very well-stocked and just overall very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area! Communication was also great.

First time using VRBO and renting a condo. The condo was acceptable but very dated. Had to unscrew one of the bathroom light bulbs, as it flickered continuously. The kitchen light was also flickering and had several dead bugs, including moths. Very difficult to open the bedroom window to allow ventilation. When it finally opened, there was a significant hole in the screen, which caused me to keep it closed to prevent bugs getting in. It was very warm the week I stayed and having cool air ventilation at night would have helped sleep better.Additionally, the TV in the bedroom was not set up to receive a signal and did not work. I found the pots & pans to be old and not very usable, as the finish was mostly compromised due to wear. The same was true for the knives, which made them difficult to use.Again, as this was my first experience, perhaps this is normal, but, if true, would certainly give me pause to rent here again.On the positive side , the place was very centrally located and made it easy to get to both town and the lakes. It was quiet with no issues with the neighbors. The hot water was quickly available. I would have appreciated any basic type of headboard and an overhead fan in the bedroom would have been appreciated to help circulate the air and cool down the room.On a final note, and I am aware this is normal for hotels and I assume rentals, I would appreciate having better quality tissue and toilet paper.

Clean and spacious condo with very well equipped kitchen. Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. Beds fairly comfortable. Would be nice to have chairs on the balcony. Definitely recommend!

Super helpful host. All instructions were great. Only reasons for four stars instead of five were that walls are super thin so you can hear the neighbors upstairs every time they move and we had to vacate parking lot by 10am they day we departed when we had plans to ski that day. Also note that the walk with ski gear is about 15 minutes from unit to gondola.

The room was quiet, clean, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The location is excellent — only a 7–8 minute walk to the village. The management team replied quickly to messages and kindly allowed us to adjust our reservation so we could arrive one day earlier to avoid the snowstorm at 12/23 night. Because of that, we were able to enjoy a beautiful white Christmas Eve at the property instead of driving in heavy snow. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when we visit Mammoth.

The cozy condo had amenities just as listed. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were clean and stocked well with necessities such as towels and toiletry supplies. The king size bed was comfortable. We had trouble getting the pellet stove to work, but the wall heater kept the bedroom warm. The living room felt colder. The kitchen supplies had pots and pans to use, but some pans had paint chipping. We could have used blackout curtains in the bedroom, so I used my sleep eye mask. People upstairs had young children and you could hear loud footsteps, but fortunately they ended up leaving after one night so the rest of the nights were quiet. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. I liked that the location is close to the village. Overall we had a satisfying stay!

Property was as advertised. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for pre-winter hiking trips, and looks to be great for skiing trips.

The place was clean, comfortable and had all of the essentials we needed. Check in and out procedures were clear and easy. Location is nice - close enough to easily walk to the brewery and up to the village but removed enough from the busy central to feel quiet! The actual unit was a little tricky to find at first, but we figured it out!

The condo was in a fantastic location that was very walkable to the mountain and village. The kitchen was also complete with everything needed for cooking for 4 people. Very clean and had plenty of bedding for extra people.

It was a comfortable condo with all the ammenities and a well stocked kitchen. 10 min walk to the gondola and downtown square. Had a bit of a tough time finding it but after calling management found our way. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time. I would love to book condo again. This condo is so cozy. As owners describe it “Our Slice of Heaven “ indeed . Perfect location. Walking distance to Village. One thing we realized in mist of check out morning after a heavy snowstorm that dumped 4 ft burring our car. At that moment we realized there was no shovel to dig out our buried car. Luckily we were able to borrow one from maintenance gentleman. Took about 3 hours to dig ourselves out. Not one bit complaining just In future winter visits shovel availability will definitely be part of my check list. If one is not available I will definitely buy a shovel .

This is my second time staying here and I will continue to book this venue for any future mammoth trips! The host is super responsive and helpful. Instructions to get in and check out are very clear. It’s within walking distance to the gondola which was such a key reason we chose this place. You can walk to the village where all the shops and restaurants are. Public hot tub was nice. The place was spotless and tidy. 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Great location! Walls a bit thin so could hear lots of moving around above us at 2am and 4am. Other than that it’s a real great spot with cozy heating elements
