• Parking: Off-street parking is available directly in front of the condo for easy loading and unloading.
• Stairs: This is a multi-level condo with bedrooms located on separate floors.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Mammoth Estates HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community hot tub, sauna, dressing rooms, and coin-operated laundry year-round. The outdoor pool and surrounding seating areas are generally available during the summer season only.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOT-05960-0118.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

The two families thought that for the price, this unit would have been updated. The appliances except for the refrigerator were probably originals. The upper oven didn't seem to work and the dishwasher was so old the door springs let the open almost to the floor. My insteps were both banged when they unexpectedly became the door stops. Shins were banged until everyone remembered to hang on to the door. And while a requirement was to wash all used tableware on our exit, no dishwasher soap was available. Nor was a code to open the dumpsters to dispose of the trash, also a requirement of the exit instructions. On the good side, the kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels and the exhaust fans worked in two of the three baths. To future renters, be aware the brightly lit photo was from a time when all the bulbs in the pictured floor lamp were working. I should mention, our main floor bed was awful, sloping to a central valley and creaky.

Great location walking distance from the village gondola. The hosts were very responsive and the check in process was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Please note that this place is a “pay what you get”. Which is exactly what we wanted. Something inexpensive and close to the village. We have stayed in many nicer places better equipped but you can’t beat the price for this place. We would for sure stay here again. Also bonus surprise there was a hot tub and dry sauna and club house we weren’t originally aware of. Woo hoo! I would recommend bringing your own pillows though and any zip lock bags, tin foil for cooking etc as the place isn’t fully equipped. They have all the basics though. Also, there wasn’t much flexibility on early arrival like some of the other places we have stayed at in mammoth so be sure to not expect anything before 4pm.

We had a great time. The location was great for our ski trip. It was however hard to find the property. The address given in the listing is to the main lodge of the complex. When we arrived it was dark and at the main lodge on the window at the entrance was a map of the complex. We then had to drive around a maze of buildings to find the unit. It was clean and there was plenty of room for our group.
