We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The only issue we had was that the door code didn’t work when we first arrived, but the problem was addressed and fixed very quickly. Other than that, everything was great, and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Stayed for the weekend and was such a good place! Everything was cleaned and check in was the easiest! Can’t wait to come back again once snowboarding season comes.

Unfortunately, this stay fell short of what was listed. Several advertised amenities didn’t work: the dishwasher was nonfunctional and barbecue grill was falling apart and we didn’t feel safe using it. More concerning, some electrical outlets were missing cover plates, exposing wiring that was a safety hazard for our children. We raised these issues with the host, who assured us someone would come out to fix them, but no one ever did. When we tried to follow up, the host was unhelpful. Families with young kids should be aware of the safety issues before booking. I’d recommend confirming that listed amenities actually work before your stay as well. The location is good and the house is modern, it just appears the house and the amenities have deferred maintenance.

The unit was as described. However, the unit was not clean when we arrived. The downstairs bathtub drain had hair from previous guests. Kitchen utensils and refrigerator were dirty. We did contact them about it and they did offer to come clean it. We had 10 people in the house and it’s inconvenient for them to come clean it after we’ve arrived.

Upon arrival, we had 3 major issues, concerning the unit and our safety. Broken sink faucet, leaking dishwasher, and a broken cabinet that fell on my foot. These needed attention immediately. It was extremely difficult to find a live person to speak with. But eventually we got a live person, and they sent someone over right away (the next day) to fix them. After that, the amenities and location were ideal. We had a lovely stay, and enjoyed the place very much. We want to return next year. I would say that VRBO needs to do a better job about getting to speak to a LIVE person, right away. Speaking to an AI bot is frustrating to say the least.

This property is a great location for our work group. And the room/bed arrangement works well. This particular trip we have some recommendations for maintainence. Most important is the stove oven did not work. Maintainence thought they fixed, but did not return when notified the flame would still not stay lit. We did not have a working oven for entire stay. And the BBQ was out of propane, which was quickly corrected when notified. The kitchen sink faucet needs maintainence to swivel and spray properly. Otherwise the kitchen is pretty well outfitted for a group that cooks. The stock of blankets and pillows is appreciated. Overall the unit is comfortable, clean, well lit. Garage and parking is suitable for a working group, safe for vehicles and tools. Recognize this is a well booked unit and repairs are probably harder to schedule. We appreciate the effort and unit.

First: There’s no A/C & they tell you that in the rental listing, so I reached out before going out there to ask if they had fans, if not, I’ll bring some. I got a partial response right away: Great question, I’ll ask and find out for you… I was never told, so I just brought a fan incase. We needed it. 2nd: there were long strands of hair in the beds. Which lead me to believe the linens were not clean. 3rd there was a bad smell, and couldn’t figure it out until day 2 when we pulled out the trash bag: under the empty trash bag was molded food. Baked on, it was GROSS. I tried to clean it off best I could. 4th there was a mouse problem. I reached out and let them know through the air b&b app, they said they’d come the next day. They didn’t. I was there all day. 5th there is a broken floor piece in the kitchen in front of the refrigerator. Don’t let kids walk around without shoes on. My daughter stubbed her heel and got a splinter. The place was nice. But for sure a WINTER place to stay.

Here's a possible Airbnb review: We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing house! The living room was super spacious and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking meals a breeze. But what really stood out was the cleanliness - the bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. Everyone in our group really enjoyed this beautiful condo. We spent a lot of time in the spacious kitchen and living room area and appreciated the large couch and dining table with plenty of seating. The furnishings were modern and everything was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots, pans, and everything we needed. They also labeled all of the kitchen cabinet shelves which helped easily locate things.

This was the best stay that I've experienced in Mammoth. The cabin was extremely clean, and all of the amenities worked as expected. The main living room felt more spacious than what was shown in the pictures. I liked how the downstairs bedrooms had their own mini-living room area. The garage wasn't wide enough for us to park two cars. However, this isn't a problem in May as the town now allows street parking.

Our arrival to the cabin was met with the most disgusting condition of any Airbnb I’ve ever seen. It’s one thing to have a bad guest, but it’s another to not look at ot or clean before the next guest arrives. Offshore guest support makes it even worse. After hours of going back and forth, they did make it right and move us to a nice cabin. Overall will probably give another chance. This company handles a lot of properties at mammoth so we might not have a choice anyway.

An awesome spot! We loved the large living area and high ceilings. Well stocked with pantry essentials, lots of towels, and most other supplies you need. Some Airbnb are missing basic stuff like garbage bags, so the preparation here was appreciated, and we had a great time.
