🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: One unassigned parking space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking pass is provided inside the condo and must be displayed while parked.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the recreation room, three enclosed spas, sauna, shared laundry, and the seasonal outdoor pool and BBQ area.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Hot Water: The home has a limited hot water supply. Larger groups may wish to stagger showers during peak usage.
• Pets: One dog is welcome with a $75 pet fee. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left unattended. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if necessary.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35.00 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

We enjoyed our stay at Steven and Alex’s lovely home. The area is beautiful and lots of food options. Enjoyed some of the hikes near by. Check in was a bit hard since the code given did not work and the door had to be pushed in but their team was great . Helping us get a new code and get in asap at the late hours of the night. We would stay again!

Place was nice and clean. A good value for what you get. The place was described accurately. There are good amenities at the complex, although the rec room has been turned into a room with some couches and no games. Hot tubs are nice and plentiful. Bonus that the room had a washer and dryer (combo unit). Checkin was a little rough as none of the door codes we were given worked. It took a couple of calls to get a 3rd code that finally worked. A neighbor made a comment that this is a normal thing (unfortunately).All in all a great property minus the checkin issue. Communication is quick and easy

We stayed here for a rest day while hiking the JMT and chose it for the location since we didn’t have a car, which was great — very walkable to everything we needed! Place itself is as described and as pictured. Had some difficulty getting in (our code didn’t work), but the management company was easily reachable and responsive.

Nice location. Comfortable beds. But could be cleaner. I know it is a pet friendly place. But I don’t want to be covered in someone else’s pets hair or human hair. The couch and chair in front leaving room are not very clean or comfortable. The bedroom bed had hair all over the comforter and pillows.The kitchen is not very well stocked. The coffee machine water reservoir was gross. We were able to check in early. Which was great. But the code sent to us didn’t work. I was able to call and get someone to help after trying 3 different codes. Made me a little uneasy if the code was set for us or if compels could come in.

I really enjoyed my week there. Plenty of pellets for the fireplace. it was fun to hunker down in during the snow storm. kitchen was great. there were a few minor things that needed fixing (cabinet door knobs e5c). I let them know and they said they would get it fixed. It does have a bit of a dog smell, but it was also very dog friendly. they even have a med sized crate if your dog uses those. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect for what I needed to get up to the slopes. It was me and a friend traveling, the murphy bed was great for this. Great size for up to 4 people. Outdated appliances but they all worked and it was well stocked to make meals and save some money. Not right in the Village, but didn't have Village high cost either. Was a great compromise. I had trouble when arriving the night of a storm and the door code not working at midnight. Thank goodness I was able to reach the emergency number and the code was reset. Nightmare averted. Overall I would stay here again. I feel I got a bargain for the price I paid and the space. It was not perfect but nothing out of usual that time being an AirBnB ends up with. I can tell overall the place is cared for and the minor issues I found I am certain the owner will get addressed.

Great little place in the heart of Mammoth. Has many different sleeping options in addition to Murphy bed, which was comfortable. \n\nFully stocked kitchen with lots of dish-ware and glasses which is always nice. Pellet fire was fun and cozy too! \n\nWalkable to Roberto’s and other restaurants, close to Red Line that takes you up to the mountain and other bus lines around town.

The condo was cute and matched the description exactly. They provided everything I needed for my stay and the location was perfect. There were quite a few restaurants and stores within walking distance. The only issue was the code that was provided to enter was incorrect and it took a long time to get a hold of someone to help. Also the wifi password provided was incorrect. I did appreciate that there were not a ton of chores that we had to complete prior to check-out.

Overall place was as described and pleasant. However, the property management company let me know about bad construction noise at an original booking only a few days in advance— and then didn’t offer to relocate me to a new place for the same price, so I was short on options with very little notice. I would expect better service from a property management company that has many properties, many of which had availability during my dates. Also had an issue with door code being incorrect when I arrived. Solved quickly, but would expect better. Last thing to note— WiFi instructions were incorrect and WiFi was too slow to reliably work remotely with multiple devices. While the place itself was acceptable, I wouldn’t book with this property management company again.

The place was amazing! It had been a while since we had taken a family vacation and this place was perfect for home base. It was fully equipped in the kitchen which was great for cooks like us. We loved being able to play Clue and Yahtzee that was provided and it had a nice big family table to play on! We enjoyed the pool as well as being able to walk to get great coffee across the street. Wonderful place that we hope to visit again!

My husband and I booked this place for our spring skiing trip. This was a great place as the home was within walking distance to restaurants, the store, and the red shuttle (which takes you to Mammoth Mountain resort). The hot tub was a plus. The hosts have been kind and responsive. We would book this place again for future skiing trips.

Great little place to stay, close to everything you need. This was our second time here, and I suspect they have a different management company. There was no soap, shampoo, dish soap, or dishwasher detergent. Wish we’d known to expect that as we didn’t find out until after grocery shopping. We were told supplies would be dropped off, but they weren’t. Still a great place to stay, but don’t expect it to be stocked as the listing states.

We had a great stay at this property! The location was fantastic, conveniently located near bus and trolley stops, as well as stores, restaurants, and cafes—everything we needed was within easy reach. The space was comfortable and exactly as described. However, we did encounter a couple of issues. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly, but maintenance came to fix it. On their second visit, maintenance resolved the problem. Additionally, we noticed some pet hair on the spare linens, though we didn’t need to use them. The host was responsive, and Airbnb offered a partial refund for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. Overall, a pleasant experience, and we would consider staying again!
