Convenient, clean, and cozy. We stayed 2 nights for some Spring skiing. Kitchen is fine, bring basics. 2 comfy couches and fireplace make the living room a nice place to watch movies. Bedroom and loft have plenty of room and storage. Solid rental.

A great place for a ski adventure in Mammoth. The condo was convenient to the mountain and the town activities. It is modest, but clean and well kept and has everything necessary for 3-4 person getaway.

great rental! easy access to the bus routes and quick walk/drive to vons and restaurants. unit itself is great, very spacious. the fireplace was awesome. hot tub and pool area is a short walk away. hosts were very friendly and helpful with any questions. will definitely look to stay here again, great stay and great value

The space was the perfect size for our group of 4 and we loved having 2 bathrooms for our snowboarding trip! The loft area was pleasantly larger than I had imagined based off the photos and there was plenty of space to hang out things and unpack comfortably. The hosts were proactive and responsive, with clear instructions, the keypad lock was easy to use, and we walked to our red/green line busses and Mammoth Roasting Company easily. The only thing that was a bit off-putting was the placement of toilet paper roll holder in the upstairs bathroom - you really have to turn and reach to grab it. The shower head height is tall-friendly and the hot water felt amazing after a long day on the mountain! Parking was easy as well. We were too tired to use the fireplace, but if we'd stayed longer we absolutely would've made use of it. I'd definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in Mammoth Lakes. The place was very nice, clean, and quiet, which made for a comfortable and relaxing visit. While our check-in was delayed by about 1.5 hours due to the cleaning crew finishing up, it was a minor inconvenience and well worth the wait. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

We come up to Mammoth often and love staying in this area. It’s very walkable to restaurants, groceries and shuttle stops for skiing. The condo was exactly as described and made for the best place to relax after a day skiing.

Great location, very clean and cozy. Only issue we had was with the management company. They did not provide a snow shovel. Pretty irresponsible given that with any average storm you can’t move your car without digging it out. But to make matters worse, we spent an entire day asking for one to be brought over. Communication was horrible, they never actually did anything by to help, and we ended up borrowing a shovel from a kind neighbor. Will do my best to never stay at a corporate managed air bnb again.

The stay was great! Everything was as described, and worked. We had no issues with heating, or comfort. The master bedroom’s bed was large and comfortable with a heated blanket which was perfect, they had shampoo, conditioner, & body wash dispensers which were a nice little addition. Plenty of towel and blankets, check in was extremely easy with the keypad, parking is first come but we had no issues whatsoever, we got parking right in front of the condo which is great! Overall would recommend and return for future snowboarding trips! Thank you !

This is a fine and fully functional condo unit which totally satisfied our needs. I like the layout, with the open space of the kitchen and living room, and with a bedroom and bathroom lofted. We also enjoyed the hot tub which is literally 20 feet from the unit stairs, so very very close. I felt the unit was totally within walking distance (10 minutes) of the main street in town. The hosts were very responsive and timely. I would stay again.

Nice home with plenty of kitchen items! Master king bed downstairs is very comfortable, parking is easy and near unit. Bring your own coffee for the coffee pot, filters in the drawer (thank goodness). Comfy couches, nice TV in living room WITH cable. Wood burning fireplace really heated up the house nicely. Please note the key needs to be picked up and returned at the rental office. Bathroom needs updating but clean and there was plenty of hot water. Generous supply of cleaning supplies (soap, dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels, etc)! Overall, we would rent again.

We had a great stay. The management was extremely responsive and the place was in a great location, had a well-stocked kitchen, and everything worked (the grill, etc.). There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking, towels in the bathrooms, etc. I was impressed with quickly the management team responded to my questions. There was a big snowfall, and they brought us a shovel to help us dig out our car as the snow plows cleared the parking lot. The place is also in a great location for skiing. It was conveniently located across the street from a shuttle that came every 15 minutes to take folks up to Mammoth ski area. And we could walk to restaurants and the supermarket. The only advice I'd give to future guests is to bring your own condiments, coffee, etc. This isn't a knock on the place -- it had all the supplies needed for cooking; you just want to bring your own stuff to cook. We will stay there again the next time we go to Mammoth!

This place is perfect for a small group that wants to be close to the mountain and essential places. We were only a few minutes from both which made our trip so easy. The place had all the essentials and wonderful amenities. The fireplace was a great treat! Would stay again.

Great location in the town. But just a little far from the village and ski resort. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to the ski resort and is a far walk to the village if you want to walk instead of driving to the village.
