• The Green Line shuttle operates seasonally. Please check current Mammoth Lakes shuttle schedules before your stay.
• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' rural mountain location, speed and reliability can vary, and cellular service may be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Community amenities, including the pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, tennis courts, and BBQ areas, are managed by the HOA and may occasionally close for maintenance without notice.
• Please note that Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing widespread construction throughout the area, including road work and building projects. This is outside of our control and may result in noise during your stay. Refunds will not be issued for disturbances related to local construction.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

The property was adequate. The bed, however, was uncomfortable, and for the first time ever in a rental property there was no coffee for that first morning after a late arrival. The best features were that the property was very clean when we arrived and that it gave us easy access to Yosemite National Park.

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin style condo was beautiful, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was spotless from the moment we walked in, and you could tell great care was taken to keep the place clean and welcoming. The stunning stone fireplace was the centerpiece of the living room and made the space feel warm and inviting. It had all the comforts of home while still feeling like the perfect mountain getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable place to stay!

Great location. Very close to mammoth mountain, the village, food and other shopping centers. Clean place. TV and internet worked great. Designated parking spot in garage, which was super nice when it snowed. Lots of great walking trails all around.

Overall great spot for 1-2 people. Clean. Exactly as described. Super close to Eagle lodge. The parking garage was a little difficult to find at first but I arrived late and it was dark so I’m sure that had something to do with it. Overall, would absolutely recommend. Great spot.

The condo is cute. The bed is very comfy, and the bathroom is well stocked. However, the kitchen items are very sparse. There’s not a spatula to cook with. There are no plastic containers, and there is no foil, plastic wrap, or baggies of any kind. The host answered my questions in a very timely manner. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Pluses - walking distance to Eagle lift, on bus route, hot tub, gas grill, soap, lotion provided. Minuses - a bit old and beaten down, kitchen is a hodgepodge of items, missing basics like a tea kettle, salt and pepper. No humidifier you’d expect at this elevation for sleeping and general health.

The apartment was suitable for a few days in Mammoth, for an extended stay it was less comfortable. The apartment was functional but outdated and in need of some more amenities. Missing basic kitchen stuff, carpet needs replacing, vacuum doesn’t work.

It’s hard to argue with the beauty of Mammoth Lakes, and this condo met our basic needs—mostly because we spent very little time indoors. I expected it to feel a bit dated based on other reviews, but several things still caught me off guard. The bathroom was not clean—there was noticeable hair in the shower. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, worn into a deep groove from years of use. The kitchen amenities were disappointing: the listing mentioned “wine amenities,” but there was only a single wine glass—odd for a “perfect couple’s getaway.” The unit is also quite dark; a few more lamps would make a big difference. In short, if you’re not planning to spend much time in the unit and the price is right, it can serve as a decent base for exploring the area. But be aware of its shortcomings—and maybe pack your own wine glasses and a mattress topper.

It was our first time in Mammoth. We had a great time. Everything was as describe. It had everything we needed. We didn’t have to go looking for anything extra. Location was great, across the street from a shuttle to Eagle Lodge. Our favorite was that we had indoor parking. It snowed the following morning and we got to put our chains on in the garage. Would definitely stay again.

This was perfect for our ski trip! So close to the mountain - one bus stop away from eagle lodge lift on the Green line bus that runs every 15 minutes. The hot tub and Sauna were open and the perfect activity on our day off and after hitting the slopes. The check in and check out instructions were very clear. Would definitely book again if we ski Mammoth again!

Great place to spend a few days while exploring the area and enjoying the fall colors. Close to everything and had everything we wanted. Only word of caution is the parking garage is a tight fit if you drive a large truck other than that we’d stay again.
