You definitely get what you pay for. We came down for a week and find this place to be very unmaintained. As soon as we walked into the unit it smelled of cigarette smoke. There were used band aids on the chair and the bathtub in the master had what appeared to be mud on the walls. The beach wagon and extras that were offered for us to use were broken and missing pieces. This place was not taken care of and the pictures should definitely be updated. Thanks but not for us!

Was great for the price the boardwalk to the beach is a haul and they should probably have bigger carts or more then one hauling folks back and fourth. Other then that it’s a really nice place loved our stay!

They were great for the most part, but the room was not as nice as the pictures. The stove was broken and there was a bullet hole in the door. The parking is only two passes, no exceptions even though it doesn’t state it. A fan fell on one of us while we were staying in the room and not much was done about it. We had a broken ceiling fan on our floor for the bulk of our stay because no one came to fix it or see if we were okay. However, the staff was very nice and the facility was great. The walk to the beach was perfect and not too crowded. The rooms were not dirty and were well kept.

This was a great location, convenient to everything. Easy access to the beach and very fast response to any issues we had. We loved the bars and pools(inside and outside). We also enjoyed the bike rentals and the safety with onsite security. We will return

The condo was adorable, well kept and tastefully decorated. The location is stellar especially with beach access on foot!

We had an absolute blast here! This is our second or 3rd time staying at this resort. But we did have 1 issue. The WiFi network that we were told to connect too, was non existent. The WiFi that the tvs were connected too was a completely different network. The password on the router did not work for any WiFi network. If you do online schooling/ or work from a laptop, this may not be the most suitable rental for you. We did have a blast and loved the place, minus that 1 inconvenience.

The location was great, with easy access to the beach and local dining spots. Grand Welcome Hilton Head was helpful and gave great tips. The rental was equipped with the general necessities and was surprisingly comfortable for 6 guests. It also had access to an abundance of amenities.

Our stay was good, but this space would be too cramped with 8 people. With five or six it seemed crowded in the common areas and needs more seating in the living room, although I don't know where you could put any more. Smaller than I expected, but pics are accurate. It's a 4th floor corner unit, the balcony was always in the shade, close to the next building, and overlooks the parking lot. We didn't use it at all because it was never sunny and in Feb. the wind between the buildings and walkways was cold, brisk and always blowing. The weather always seemed much nicer away from the building. A playground and more outdoor benches/tables/seating around the property would be nice and the beach shuttle should be available year round. Although walking to the beach took me only 9 minutes, I would have gone more if I didn't have to walk it every time. Especially since walking from the parking lot, carrying everything to an elevator, and walking to the unit was tiring and more than enough walking because I left the property frequently to explore the island and shop. Not much space for dry goods; I didn't use the dishwasher; plenty of towels and blankets, good supply of most kitchen/dining items (I did get more silverware though). Big closets, nice furnishings. I swept and mopped often, but vacuuming first would've been better. Providing a vacuum would be extremely helpful. The property manager was great, very helpful and prompt resolving the few minor issues we had.

Enjoyed our stay and we were happy with the cleanliness of the condo. The location was perfect for beach access and walkability to shops and restaurants. We loved having the beach service and having a pool on site.

The listing of this property seemed promising. I stayed at this resort as a child and I remember the property and proximity to the beach were great and I was excited to see that this unit had been updated. I was excited to take my family here. 3 days before our trip I was told that if we needed a second parking pass we would have to request it. I put in the request and was told that it was put on our reservation. We arrived and there was only one pass. I contacted the owner with the number that was given and had to wait 20 minutes for this to be resolved. Once we got into the condo, I noticed some things that were not noticeable in the listing. One of the double beds is broken and slanted. The leg is duct-taped together so I know they are aware of the issue, but it is shorter than all the other legs. The middle part of the frame is also bent.If you walk barefoot in this condo expect your feet to be dirty. A little sand is understandable considering we are at the beach, but the amount of dirt was concerning because it seemed as though it isn’t thoroughly clean. Additionally, there were shoes, socks, hair nets, and other belongings under the bed.On the last day i realized that the bi-fold door covering the air conditioning equipment was broken and just set inside the door frame. This also raised a safety concern considering we had two small children in our group.Overall, I’m disappointed in my stay because I don’t expect a vacation to be less enjoyable than staying home
