There were a lot of leaks in the ceiling some were past but there was definitely a musty smell and parts of the ceiling was coming off. The window in the kitchen didn't close and the blind moved when the wind blew. none of the windows could open. the bathrooms were nice but there are a lot of maintenance that needs to be completed on the unit.

A lovely quiet and well-maintained resort. Easy to bike throughout the island. Villa had everything we needed, although appliances and cookware were dated. Exterior of the villa could benefit from window and mould cleaning. Obtaining a parking pass was quite challenging upon entry, then door lock changed a couple of days without our being informed. However, hosts nearly immediately responded when we texted with questions.

Roomy, quiet, nicely decorated second floor condo partially overlooking the golf course. Master bedroom mattress is doable, not hard nor soft. Master bath shower water pressure is excellent. Extra towels and a heavier blanket are needed. Fully stocked kitchen although we did not cook during our stay. Small appliances; toaster, toaster oven, and coffee pot are in need of being updated. Coffee maker was dirty and the lid is broken. Garbage container was dirty on the inside. In need of kitchen hand towels as there were none. Peaceful outdoor patio. Exterior door needs maintenance for cleaning and a new door handle. Master bedroom ceiling vent needs repair immediately. Ceiling in second bathroom is peeling.

We loved the condo and the whole resort. It was exactly as pictured and very clean. The resort was walkable and beautiful. We would recommend bringing your bikes and tennis rackets. We drove to the private beach parking within the resort area and parked there all day with the included parking pass. The tiki bars by the beach were a hit. Try the piña colada! We had an issue with the WiFi but we texted the help number and received assistance right away. The one complaint we could have is that the dryer did not work very well and it took multiple cycles to dry a load of laundry. But overall we were very happy and would come back again! We would recommend!

Property was clean and appointed as per the description. Previous reviews on other sites had noted water damage, which you could see the impact of, but as others also noted, the source of leaks had been repaired and there was no mustiness or other smells. Check in process was smooth - had one hiccup that was dealt with extremely quickly during off hours by the management company.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beach was close by and we enjoyed that once we figured out how to get there. We didn’t see there was a folder of information on the table. My only recollection would be the send the information in the email or atleast tell us there is more information on the table! The cook ware is worn out and old, with 3kids we were planning to cook or grill- no grill available- a little disappointing. Otherwise it’s a great place for a few days.
