Set across two comfortable levels, this villa is a relaxed home base for families and small groups. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bath and private balcony, giving everyone a little extra space and privacy.
Unwind after a day on the island, catch up on emails at the laptop-friendly workspace, and stay connected with WiFi. Step outside for fresh air, outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill, or head to the communal outdoor pool for a refreshing dip. An in-home washer and dryer adds convenience during longer stays.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Lot parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required. One pass is included with your reservation; a second pass is available for $30. Please request the • additional pass at least 72 hours before arrival. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Stairs: This is a two-story home; stairs are required to reach the bedrooms. No elevator is available.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Washer/Dryer: A washer and dryer are provided in the home.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Check-In/Check-Out
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
Occupancy
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets
For all pet-friendly properties, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
Parking
Follow local parking rules.
Fines for violations.
Safety & Security
No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
Properties may have surveillance.
Maintenance
Report issues promptly.
No refunds for mechanical failures.
