Chic Townhome for 8 w/Rooftop

Very spacious, remodeled space that fits the Nashville vibe from the rooftop hang out to the broadway style decor. Easy to uber/lyft to different spots in the city. There is a taco food truck in the parking lot behind the house that was an awesome last minute lunch hook up for us! Light sleepers may want to bring noise machine or ear plugs - loud cars driving past woke me up all through the night. I am not usually one to complain - however - I think the housekeeper must have had an off day or been in a hurry prior to our arrival as we had a few things that were left behind by the prior renters.

Our group of 7 stayed for a bachelorette party and let me tell you, this was the perfect spot for it! There was so much space for all of us and plenty of area to get ready for the day. The garage was big enough for 2 SUVs and the place was extremely clean and comfortable. On Friday, the drive to Downtown Nashville was only 12 minutes but also was a quick Uber ride! Delaney was very responsive when we had any questions, of which I only had one. We had no issues with our stay and even with a gas station next door, we didn’t even notice. I would highly recommend this bnb and if I were go visit Nashville again with this size group, I’d absolutely do it!

Delaney's place was perfect for our trip. The floor plan worked out for two couples great with both bedrooms having their own ensuite. It was clean and very bright inside. We trailered two motorcycles down, so the large parking space and use of garage was awesome. The brewery and gas station withing walking distance was very convenient. If we travel to Nashville in the future, we will definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great weekend!!

We had a great stay for my bachelorette party weekend! The house is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen items needed (and right next to a gas station if you need extra drinks!) It is a very close uber/lyft ride to downtown Nashville within 10-12 mins. There are lots of stairs, so keep that mind when booking (no elevators, must carry bags!) Overall great stay and would recommend!!

Was perfect for a girls weekend in Nashville and would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Nashville with a group! Location was less than a 10 minute drive to Broadway or downtown! The property was just as pictured. It was a fun, super clean space to hang out close to downtown. The host was always quick to respond, kind, and a pleasure to rent from. The decorations and renovations were very nice and felt clean and updated. My one hesitation on rebooking would be that two of the bedrooms that face the gas station had a significant amount of light shining through even with the blinds closed. We were unable to darken the rooms and it looked like daytime even in the middle of the night. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying on this property!

Our group had so much fun here. Everything was great. The only negative thing about staying here is the noise. Its like the walls are paper thin. You get the road noise, the noise from people moving around on the other floors, and I'm pretty sure we got the neighbors moving furniture at 6am. Earplugs are a must!

This was a perfect house for our girls trip. Close to everything. One thing to note, the property is on a semi busy street so there is a lot of street noise when you are trying to sleep. Other than that, it was great! The roof deck was a great place to have a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Our group had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home is a beautiful, three-story space with a two-car garage—easy to access and perfect for our needs. It’s in a great location, just a short drive from downtown Nashville, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The layout was ideal: bunk beds on the main level near the garage, a spacious living area on the second floor, and two more bedrooms on the third floor. The rooftop area was the cherry on top—absolutely beautiful and a great place to hang out and take in the views. The decor was modern and stylish, the space was spotless, and it had all the basics we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. The check-in instructions were super clear, and we didn’t need to contact the host at all, which made everything even easier. When we did ask for an extra hour at checkout, they kindly accommodated us, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Nashville with a group. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The home was clean and convenient to drive to places to eat and shop. There is a coffee shop within walking distance but, that's it. Unfortunately, the gas station next door had loud cars and music that woke us up while we were sleeping. The air conditioner inside the home is also very loud.

Perfect place for our break in La Roche, the host Mika was really helpful and friendly, welcoming gifts on arrival. The accommodation was excellent: modern, clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t use the sauna, but used all other facilities, we enjoyed lovely long walks from the leaflets provided in the accommodation and also saw a beaver in the Ourthe river, just 5 mins from it. If visiting La Roche again ,we would definitely book this place.

This was such a cute place to stay, There were 6 of us and 3 bedrooms with each having a full bath, plus half bath on 2nd floor. Beautiful kitchen. Lots of seating. Foosball table and guitars to play! (Not that I can play.). I wished we could have used the rooftop but it rained pretty much our whole stay. Located on a fairly busy street next to gas station…so bit noisy at bedtime…but perhaps that’s a convenience? Close to highway. Even 2 stall garage! Very clean. Well maintained.

The property is as pictured except the mention of all the stairs. If you don’t want to or can’t do stairs don’t stay here. The townhome seems like a new build so the finishes are nice. The beds are comfortable. The full on full bunk on the first floor is definitely for kids! The bottom bunk is on the floor! They are the only beds though that have comforters! The other beds only have literal blankets on them! The master bed doesn’t even have a fitted sheet on it! It has a sheet that doesn’t even stay on the mattress cover! The master bedroom bathroom doesn’t have regular wash cloths either! It only has the black micro fiber ones for taking off make up. Be prepared to wash towels everyday because there is not enough to go two days! The only thing the kitchen is fully stocked with is drinking glasses! No cookie sheet pans or measuring cups. Only 2 pans and 2 skillets! There are no shades on the living room windows and you can definitely see in them from the street at night and I’m sure from the windows of the house across the street! The unit is on the end and on the corner of a busy street so if quiet is what you are looking for this house isn’t for you! Luckily we sleep with fans so only one night were we awaken by a police car. The neighborhood is safe, we walked every morning and felt very comfortable in doing so! They also need a new cleaning crew! There was food on the kitchen counter , hair on the bathroom floor and lint and a toilet paper role between washer/dry

This is a great house. The garage is definitely a perk, but getting in and out of the garage can be a bit tricky depending on if there are many cars parked at the 3 other homes in the strip. The house is very welcoming and has a well stocked kitchen. There are 4 stories, and no bedrooms on the main living level so there can be quite a bit of stair running. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it is I. A great spot for getting anywhere.
