1 Bedroom Loft Near Centennial Park

Love this property. We’ve stayed here 6 or 7 times now. It’s been a great place to stay on our visits to see our daughter during her time at Vanderbilt. Much more comfortable and more economical than any of the local hotels. It’s safe, has parking and just off of West End. It’s an easy walk to Starbucks in the morning, Walgreens for waters, campus and many restaurants. It’s a quick uber ride yo the Gulch and B-way.

So enjoyed our stay! The loft was spacious and everything we needed was there. Check in was easy and we had parking at the apartment complex. Wi-Fi was great and location was incredible, close to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. It was a two mile drive or walk to the entertainment on Broadway. Communication with the host was prompt but we didn't have any problems.

There was covered parking under the apartment building which was such a plus! We felt very safe in the neighborhood when going on walks. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent location for anything Vanderbilt related , within a robust walk to campus. A perfect alternative to pricey hotels that gouge you for parking. Very comfy bed, and everything you could need for the kitchen. Would stay here again!

This was a lovely place to stay for me to stay as I had just moved to Nashville. I had no idea where to stay, find an apartment, or what part of Nashville I wanted to live in. This loft was perfect for my month stay! The host was accommodating, communicated quickly, easy to get into and out of the building and loft, great garage parking during a snow storm, king size bed was comfortable, and the kitchen allowed me to cook at 'home'. The area was so great, I ended up renting at an apartment complex across the road from the loft. Thank you for hosting us! Highly recommend!

The apartment was nice and thoughtfully prepared. The hosts even left a handwritten note with a recommendation for a local coffee shop. The space felt clean and comfortable overall. However, the scent when you first walk in is quite strong - almost like a heavy cologne, though it’s likely from the cleaning products or an air freshener. If you’re sensitive to strong smells, you may need to air it out for a bit. One small note on cleanliness: a few of the kitchen items, like some knives and utensils, were not fully clean. Maybe previous guests put them away without being checked, so it was likely an oversight. The location is great, with a few nice restaurants and live music spots nearby, and it was only about a $10 Uber ride to Broadway. Regarding communication, when I reached out to clarify a parking question, the response simply repeated what was already stated in the listing rather than directly answering. Not a major issue, but a more direct confirmation would’ve been helpful.

The space was exactly as in the pictures. We appreciated having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Loved that it was within walking distance to coffee shops and Centennial Park. Only suggestion would be to have a dedicated dining table/desk in the living room. Loved our stay!

Great condo! Just like the photos. The only con is the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything that the neighbors upstairs and next door were doing and saying. With that being said though, it would not stop us from booking again! Safe location, walkable to many things.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was centrally located and very walkable. Excellent restaurants nearby. My daughter and I rode scooters downtown and to local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. Highly recommend if you are in town to visit Vandy or attend a football game. The stadium is an easy and quick walk from the property.

Nice and cozy stay for a trip to Nashville. Very convenient place that is not far from attractions such as Downtown, Centennial Park, Vanderbilt University, and The Country Music Hall of Fame. Clean when checked in and host is very nice and responsive! Host answered all questions that we had regarding our check-in, stay, and check-out. We needed a place to stay close to our daughter and this place checked all the boxes. We will definitely come back. The only thing I would say to make it better was to maybe add another chair in the living area. Other than that, it was perfect!

Such a stylish apartment, and the neighborhood was safe and relatively quiet. Unfortunately, the dishes and utensils in the kitchen had some sort of weird white residue and food stains. And of all things, the toilet handle broke! Having said that, I was pleased with the owners’ prompt response, and a plumber showed up in several hours. The owners also, blessedly, were able to find me another apartment in the same building when my plans unavoidably changed.

this place was wonderful. my partner and i came into nashville for a wedding and stayed a couple extra days to meet up with old college friends. we had the perfect amount of space for two people, the bed was so comfy, we had plenty of space for the (too many) groceries we bought and were in walking distance of some of our favorite spots. centennial is around the corner too!! we spent an hour there getting some sun. loved the retractable TV in the bedroom. it was quite, private, and felt so homey. not to mention i slept incredibly well. this place is perfect for two person stay whether it’s a couple days or a couple weeks. the host was super responsive and helpful and leaving the room or locking it for the night felt seamless and safe. i would absolutely stay here again.

It was okay for the short time we stayed in Nashville. Parking is free but not secure. The shower door appeared to have some dried soap on it, and the bathtub didn’t look clean. The neighbors upstairs were noisy—almost constant footsteps. The bed was pretty comfortable.

Our stay was 9 days as my daughter was in Vanderbilt hospital. It was close proximity and quick to get to the hospital. We did have to call to get linens for the fold out bed and the flat sheet would slide off the king bed as there was no mattress pad. The response to our request was good when we asked for a fitted sheet. The top sheet was too small for the king bed. We washed line towels as there was only one kitchen towel and one towel for each of us.

Stayed here for a work trip and it was great! Awesome location, quiet building, and a safe neighborhood. Highly recommend. I will mention that the couch is not a pull out, but there was a tri-fold mattress in the closet- honestly comfier than a pull out couch though!

This house looks exactly as pictured! The building was safe and secure and very quiet. Parking in the covered lot was included and it was always ample parking spots even though its first come first serve it was less then 10 minutes to Broadway and pretty much everything we did in Nashville was centrally located we will definitely be staying again

Condo was in a very convenient location. Clean and comfortable. The listing falsely states there is a sleeper sofa. There was a tri fold mattress in the closet which should be stated in the listing versus claiming that the sofa makes into a bed.

Say I absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb. It was clean, easy to get to, and the area was beautiful. The inside of our Airbnb was more beautiful than even the pictures showed and was extremely spacious. Make sure you bring hand soap and body wash though! This was something we had to buy the first night. We really enjoyed our stay and it’s definitely worth it.

I called this home for a week and it was just about perfect for my needs. I work remotely so during the day, I'd sit on the couch or set up on the bar and get my work done. After work, I would walk the neighborhood and the huge park close by, usually getting food while I was out. Parking is tight but I never had an issue getting a spot in the garage. The location is perfect and I was able to get to and from anywhere I wanted with relative ease. There were some weird fit and finish things that I noticed that were only minor niggles. For example, the kitchen sink faucet handle was unattached and the towel rack was hanging off the wall. The management contacted me on my first day and asked if they could come fix those things on the next day. So they initiated the repairs while I was there which means they were already aware and on it. Also weird was there was a coffee maker (old drip style) but no coffee pot (though there _was_ a coffee pot lid). I contacted them about that and they suggested I use the kettle as the coffee pot. That was a bizarre suggestion which I did not do because that would have basically ruined it and/or been a fire hazard. The coffee pot was not replaced while I was there. Included was not just complimentary toiletries, but also laundry pods and cleaning supplies for the kitchen (new sponge, dish soap, paper towels, etc.). The only real thing I wanted that wasn't there was a table and chairs for eating and working. Would definitely stay here again.
