This place was private, even though it was in town. We would use this home again if we needed to travel to Nashville.

Very nice, quiet apartment located in a nice, seemingly safe neighborhood near Vanderbilt and Centennial Park. I stayed here for a conference that I was in town attending. Very clean and comfortable, and the building itself is nice as well. Some minor things could be touched up, like areas on some walls that could use a paint touch up and the sink faucet, but none of these things were a problem, and in no way took away from the wonderful stay that I had. Far enough away from the craziness of Broadway, but close enough (2 miles) for an easy Uber ride, and within easy walking to Centennial Park, as well, as many restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again if in metro Nashville.

This property was a quick and easy walk to the event that we attended at Vanderbilt stadium. The location was close enough to downtown and Broadway street but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Check in was easy and the amenities were good.

We’ve stayed in this building twice now. Our daughter lives close buy, so is a park and the Parthenon replica. The units are nicely decorated and have all the necessities.

I stayed here for 22 nights. The location just off West End Avenue is very convenient and a strong point, walkable, with the Parthenon just a couple of minutes away (though some nearby areas are best avoided). The condo is bright (too bright: white curtains and blinds only in the bedroom make it hard to darken the room; blackout curtains would be needed) and well equipped for longer stays. However, it shows clear signs of wear and inconsistent maintenance. Overall cleanliness and condition could be improved (rugs, sofa). No windows in living area, so cooking smells tend to linger. There were also some communication gaps around access codes and a few other minor issues during the stay, which required follow-up to be resolved. Although communication overall was good and the host is very responsive, updates in these instances could have been clearer. The building is quiet, though there is some bearable street noise. With better upkeep and attention to detail it could be much better.

This place was exactly what I was hoping for—clean, comfortable, and just like the listing described. The location was perfect and made getting around really easy. Excelente unidad! Una decoración impecable, muy buena iluminación y sobre todo el edificio es muy tranquilo. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la bateria de la puerta , pero lo resolvieron rápidamente.

Great location and property. We have stayes at this property in the past.However, this properties maintenance has gone downhill. Light switches were replaced at some time and wired incorrectly so switches do not work as intended. Icemaker in refrigerator does not work.Multiple lights in bathroom did not work.Only Decaf coffee supplied as complementary pak.Cheap Hotel Toilet Paper supplied.Host was non responsive to request for maintenance contact.We still enjoyed our stay at this property. Not sure if I will book this unit in the future.

Condo is nice and the location was great. Unfortunately there were a bunch of maintenance issues- broken kitchen faucet, water leaking from the ceiling out of a kitchen light fixture, and a towel bar that fell off the wall.

This was a beautiful condo. It was centrally located with an easy walk to Centennial Park. The park had a beautiful view of the Parthenon. My 4yr old loved walking to the shaded playground at the park daily! The condo has all of your kitchen needs and feels like home. It was even nice to see a washer and dryer in the unit. The only flaw in the building was the elevator. There were many times it got stuck. We were on the 3rd floor. So, we used it frequently when it was operating. I would also recommend some bathroom rugs as the floor when wet got really slick.

This is a really nice place in a wonderful part of Nashville. The condo was very clean, and had all the accoutrements we like. It was considerate to have some coffee and cleaning supplies provided and the communication was very timely. I highly recommend this host and property.

Very clean nice place. Spacious apartment with high ceilings. Offers a lovely kitchen with an island and everything needed for cooking. Laundry machines are new, 2 laundry pods are included in the amenity kit. Clean, spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bed, good bedroom with just enough space, three windows and a huge TV. Great decor overall.

The building, apartment & hosts were fantastic. However if you drive a larger SUV or F150 size truck parking in the under-building spots is very tight. Property is located on the edge of up and coming and slightly ‘less desirable’ neighborhoods. Did not feel unsafe in the building or walking alone during day, but would not recommend walking at night. Proximity to Vandy & Centennial park was a plus.

The apartment was clean, exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and out smooth and easy. The only caveat is that the curtains don’t block light well, so it gets bright early in the morning.

The place was clean and secure, didn't care much for the layout. The bedroom didn't have any furniture for your clothes, had to use a hall closet. The bathroom was not attached to the bedroom you had to walk down the hallway and the shower only has a half door which means you really freeze while taking your shower. the parking garage was kind of scary late at night in which homeless people are sleeping in the corners of the garage. other than that, the place itself was clean and convenient.

This property is in an area that is relatively quiet, but it is only a quick drive or Uber ride from Broadway and Printer’s Alley. The size is perfect for a couple and their communication was fantastic from check in to check out!

Our stay in Nashville was wonderful. The unit was just as described. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets and comforter added additional comfort. We were missing our bathroom amenities, so I communitcated this via the text number that was given for the checkin instructions. I received an immediate response and the bathroom things were dropped off at the condo! Easy check in and check out, a short Uber ride to Broadway, and close to Centennial Park!
