great spatial apartment. great location! Shops, restaurants & tourist spots are located all around without being in the busy center of it all. parking and building is super easy and the place has everything you need. would definitely stay again!

The apartment was nice, clean and matched the photos. Location was good and ideal to get to downtown/Broadway in a quick uber trip (max 10 minutes and fairly cheap) The main issue which caused us frustration throughout our stay was that the wifi was terrible and would drop out every 20-30 minutes (sometimes within 5 minutes of resetting). We were only told to turn the wifi off and on which we did at least 100 times throughout the stay and this didn’t help at all. However, outside of very poor wifi, it was a very nice place to stay.

Pros: was given access to the Airbnb early. Decorated fairly cute with the Nashville decor. Had basic amenities. Cons: Had to wait to get in due to lock code being incorrect, digital lock also didn’t work and was told that that was going to be corrected, and was not. Hot water took forever in order to shower. Was told that the building was going to be secure, it was not, the door from the garage did not lock to where you needed a code to get in. Stated that there would be no pets in the building, there were. Wi-Fi did not work, was told that it was going to be looked at and corrected and again never was. Ended up, leaving early due to constant issues with Wi-Fi and inability to use anything electronic. When request was made to inquire some money back for the time that we did not use was informed that it was against rental policy. Nothing was fixed or attempted to be fixed after being told that it would be. Especially after spending the amount of money we did to stay for a week.

Loved staying here, great location! Nice place and easy to access. We loved going downtown and the location could not be better. It was quiet and you can’t hear any traffic or commotion. Only downside is that the WiFi was not working well for our trip.

10/10 recommend!!! We loved our stay and was totally worth the price!! Only thing I’ll say is that it wasn’t as close to Broadway as we thought. We thought we were within walking distance but was about a 10 minute uber ride. Other than that this place was beautiful and very safe!!

Overall for our trip, the loft provided all we needed. We did have issues with hot water the first couple mornings, shower water was luke warm at best. I reached out and they responded, someone was supposed to have fixed it while we were gone. We checked later and although it felt a little warmer it still wasnt hot water. Upstairs guests/neighbors were very noisy, all hours of the night and morning. All in all it was good for a cheaper place to crash in the area. Not a vacation destination stay by any means but it is close to things to see and do.

The living room was much bigger than the pictures led me to believe. Like a ton of walking space. Definitely my favorite part of this venue. And it was right next to the parnthenon so getting to walk there was very nice.

I am a digital nomad so I like to find places that are quiet enough for me to get work done, but close to attractions and are safe. This Airbnb was great as it’s near Centennial Park, the bus line, and has a lot of parking. Close to a coffee shop and a few restaurants, but also a quick 15 drive to downtown. The place was clean and had everything I need to make meals. The walls are a little thin, but I could drown out the noise by either turning on the HVAC, TV, or wearing headphones phones, so it didn’t bother me. Bed was comfortable but there is pilling on the mattress, however I got use to it. The barn style door doesn’t close if that’s important to you. Also, don’t push the shower handle all the way to the left but leave it at 11 o’clock to get hot water. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants to be close to downtown but not directly in the action.

Our best stay in Nashville yet! The area is close to plenty of convenience stores and restaurants alike. Just minutes from Downtown, also. Everything was super clean and the hosts were amazing. 10/10 would stay again!

Great studio apartment within walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Also a very short drive to downtown and other neighborhoods. Both the normal bed and sofa pull out bed were very comfortable for a good nights sleep. Would definitely recommend!!

Overall it was fine. The sheets on the bed were not clean (terrible smell). The bed was made and the host clearly has no issue indicating how much you will be fined if you don’t do the check out requirements. But we had to wash the sheets, so their quality control is poor.

The bathroom sink drain got stuck in the down position and wouldn't drain. Couldn't use the sink for 2 days. They kept telling us someone was coming but no one showed up. Maintenance came finally on the end of the 2nd day and use our steak knife to temporarily fix it. They Broke the tip of it. 13 bulbs out on the Nashville living room sign and barn doors to bedroom didn't shut

This location is close to EVERYTHING NASHVILLE. It is 2 miles from downtown and amazing music. Just about 8 miles from the airport. It’s got everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Comfy bed but I would prefer a fitted sheet stat would stay on the bed but even without the fitted sheet it would not be a deal breaker. Covered parking is included with your unit. Close to Vanderbilt University. Walking outside you may want to keep your head on a swivel at night. You won’t regret staying in this unit.

The space was super cozy, clean, immaculately decorated, with a very comfortable bed. I had a great stay! The host was very communicative and was even kind enough to leave some amenities like coffee, body wash, etc. The working ice maker in the fridge was clutch. The parking spot available beneath the building was very convenient and the location was great. An easy walk or uber ride to many Nashville hot spots. I would recommend being mindful of the noise you make as the walls were a bit thin and you could hear others in the building moving around at night. I would 1000% stay here again.

We love to stay here. It's the perfect distance from Broadway incase it's not your thing. The Local is right around the corner which is our favorite hangout and campus with lots of other fun bars and good food options. It's quiet and super clean.

Loved this place! Super high ceilings with natural light. Loved having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Just the perfect apt! Really appreciated the complimentary “starter pack” with cleaning essentials like tide pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Would love to be back!

There were many positives to this location— a close enough drive to the Broadway area, clean, accurately photographed, thoughtfully stocked & a professional host. My only big negative was the bedding. Unfortunately, the bedding was prepped with no fitted sheet, only two flat sheets which is not a good sleeping experience. The mattress was also covered in uncomfortable pilling. An additionally thing to consider is that the walls are also very, very thin, but the neighbors were not unreasonably noisy. I would still recommend for its comparable price.

We loved our stay in this home away from home! Instructions for self check-in/checkout were a breeze and the space was beautiful. It appears that many units within this building are also airbnb rentals, but our floor was quiet with all other guests/residents we encountered being friendly and respectful. The neighborhood is also quiet and peaceful while still being central and close to nearly everything in town. It is in a somewhat walkable area, but best if you have access to a vehicle. Parking availability under the building was ample, which was a nice surprise despite staying there over July 4th holidays. The bed was very comfortable, and we wish we could've used the kitchen more with all the amenities! Having in-unit laundry was a lifesaver, and we appreciated the host supplying a few pods (and also previous guests leaving us extra supplies under the sinks!) We absolutely would stay at this unit, or any other accommodation run by Grand Welcome Nashville again on future trips!

Loved staying in this condo. I stayed by myself for a week and I felt very safe and comfortable in the area. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and friendly to talk to. I enjoyed my stay and if I could’ve stayed longer in Nashville, I would’ve asked the hosts to extend my stay in their beautiful condo.

Apartment was as advertised, rate was very competitive and the area in which the apt was located felt very safe and clean; only downside was the parking (if you have a larger vehicle), but there was adequate street parking available and the host made note of that when providing check-in instructions.

We loved this place. Great location without being on Broadway. The Local, our favorite bar is just around the corner and also close to lots of great restaurants. The decor and space were so cute and fun. Def will be back here..and the reviews are ALL right...the bed is soooooo comfy!

Place was as described and displayed. Very quiet location and close to everything. Hallways and lobby in building were dirty but unit was clean. WiFi did not work in room but I was able to access neighboring units wifi. Very pleased with unit and host.

We could not get into our room until 2 AM after driving 8 hours. We were given a 6 digit code for a 4 pin lock. Very stressful situation. We were also given the wrong wifi password on the check-in information. The room itself was nice and looked like the pictures.

We were in the area for a football game and wanted something walking distance to the Vanderbilt Stadum, so we did not have to get in the traffic. It was only a short, easy walk to the stadium, restaurants and Walgreens for anything you needed. The parking garage spaces are tight so just be mindful of that if you drive a larger vehicle. We felt safe in the area and even walking at night. There were some issues with the fridge upon arrival and our message was addressed quickly and they have addressed the issue. This is a cute place to stay, the bed was comfortable and we loved our stay.

This condo was great! The area is quiet and felt super safe as we walked from a local bar every night! Easy ride to just about anywhere. If you’re looking for a place with in Walking distance of bars and restaurants it’s a bit further but also just a quick Uber! We did find our favorite bar just up the street! Overall it was perfect for us and we would definitely return again and stay! Bed was also super comfy!
