Luxurious 4BR home, Pet friendly!

Such a beautiful house with lots of space! The instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely go back.

We were in Nashville for a complex brain surgery I needed to have completed at Vanderbilt. We stayed in the area three weeks. We loved the stay, this house was just perfect for my husband and I, and our 6 children. My parents came and stayed for one week during my surgery and it was cozy and comfortable with all 10 of us! Absolutely would recommend! The beds were a bit firm for our personal liking, so we ordered a fitted mattress cover with memory foam and it was just fine! Totally worth it for us, and our experience! The yard was wonderful and the neighbors were great- we enjoyed being able to have our dogs with us! Thank you so much!

Beautiful home! very quiet part of nashville but still not too far from everything. about 15 minutes from everythig. Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors were great as well! Host was very responsive when any questions were asked. Lots of space for multiple guests. Definitely would stay again

The house was nice. It was clean and the host communicated great. The neighborhood wasn’t in the best part of town and the beds in 2 of the bedrooms upstairs were hard as a rock — it made for a rough weekend of no sleep.

Our stay at this Nashville home was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for our entire group. Each bedroom was cozy and private, and the three bathrooms made getting ready a breeze—no waiting, even with a full house. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook meals, and the open living space was perfect for gathering, laughing, and making memories. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the comfortable beds and quality linens to the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was ideal—close to everything, but tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend this home for families, groups, or anyone wanting a relaxing and stylish stay in Music City. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a nice neighborhood and the neighbors were also friendly. The place was great just a little warmer upstairs in daytime but nights were good. The house had everything you could need including Internet. I would definitely look for this again if we ever go back to Nashville. Stores and restaurants are also nearby and the drive to Broadway and Music Row was really a quick drive to and from. There was enough parking for 3 cars and possibly an extra 2 if parked in driveway. It was a great stay and perfect for a large group.

Me and my family had a fantastic time, the house was amazing and beautiful. It was very welcoming and felt like home. Even though we got rained in on our last day we still had a blast with movie night and games the host provided for us. If we ever come back to Nashville we will definitely be staying here again.

I enjoyed my stay here I really felt like I was at home, I how clean it was when we arrived. Checking-In was very easy to do so, There were more than enough beds for 7 people. We loved it so much we even decided to stay an extra day !

The house feels more like a home. We just love the kitchen…FULLY equipped! The staff at Grand Welcome outfitted the home immaculately. They even provided special microfiber face cloths labeled “Make Up”!! How did they know?! Some changes were made…a new accent couch, and tv was on a different wall; some furniture in the main bedroom was moved around. We were good with all of it. Loved sitting on the patio to enjoy the early morning sun and chirping birds. Love that it feels private, but is a short drive to the “city”. We had an issue with being able to get access to watch TV. I emailed and called for help with logging in and received speedy responses from both sources. Needless to say, we watched the basketball game and the Tony’s 😊 My family and I will continue to make this location our annual family retreat for as long as it is available. We’re already making plans for 2026!

This house was perfect for a family affair, especially having a big one! We put every bed to use! Even had extra little things in the house that I needed! Host was very nice and responsive even work with me with late check out! Definitely worth the money!

This was a great house to stay in for our first time exploring Nashville and all of Broadway! The Uber rides back and forth were a great, easy distance to Broadway and all the fun. The home was very clean with all the amenities we needed were available. The host were very responsive and friendly. I appreciated them letting us check in a bit early since we didn’t account for the hour time change from where we are from. The neighborhood was quiet and we said hi to some neighbors who were super friendly. Good area. We would definitely come back for future trips.

Great location and nice big home. We could never get the tv in the living room working, there was a couple dirty towels and the door was hard to open. I would definitely stay here again though.

The room configuration was perfect for our group of 8. Very comfortable to sit around the kitchen and or the living room to fellowship and socialize. Only complaint was that the walls and doors seemed thin and sound traveled easily throughout the house.

The hosts were friendly and responsive. The location was fine for the activities we were doing. Plenty of space for our group of 10. We never had a meal with all of us there, that would have been a little cramped. We never had a full meal at the house, so that worked out fine.

Just what we needed! Two nights in town in for a high school sports tournament. We slept, showered, and ate in comfort. Everyone had their own bed and room to spread out.

With my large family including 4 grandchildren, this house and the bedrooms were perfect. There is a room with 3 bed that was perfect for my 3 granddaughters, a room for my grandson, a master for me and my husband and a room for my son and his wife. Plenty of bathrooms too. My sons dog had a great time with exploring the large property that surrounds this home. We were 13 minutes from downtown Nashville. It was one of our best trips we have taken as a family.

None of the showers were cleaned very well. There was body hair from prior guests in all 3.Other than that the property was very nice.This property was demanding with personal information prior to check in. With no time to pivot to a new property that met my needs, it was demanded that I provide more personal information than I am comfortable with.Getting access to military facilities is less demanding than half of the Vrbo's these days.

The house was good for a large group but we were disappointed that there was no bathroom on the main level. There was a bedroom on the main level but no bathroom. One of the faucets in the bathroom did not work well. Otherwise, it was fine.
