Cute quiet home across from Tennessee State University. Plenty of room and comfort. Kitchen is sparsely furnished but we did fine! We would stay again.

Everything was ok. It's not great, but it's not terrible. The property was clean, except for the floors. Beds were loud due to the understandably placed waterproof mattress pads. Shower plumbing was questionable, but functional. Do be aware that checkout time is 10am and there is a camera inside the property in the main hallway (it's connected to a security panel so possibly not functional at all times, but present - we placed a towel over it for peace of mind).

House was bigger than expected. Very clean, basic essentials provided. Cute neighborhood, close to everything. Very responsive host, very easy check in and check out. The AC was amazing especially since we were not used to the local weather!!We 100% recommend and will stay again when we come back to Nashville!!

The ice maker didn’t work. We had a mouse , the TV in the bedroom don’t work. The washer had water standing in it and it had Oder in it .

This was a quick trip we planned and were looking for something convenient to area attractions, as this was our first trip to Nashville. The host made the check in process very smooth and the location was close to everything, but away enough to be able to relax in peace. They had everything you would need for a stay and was spacious enough for our family of 5. The only thing I would improve would be the beds. They were not that comfortable and I had trouble sleeping through the night on them. Also, the shower head in the master could not be adjust and it was impossible to use for a bigger guy like myself. Overall, it was a great stay and would use again if we are back in the area.

Great spot for our family to crash in between Nashville activities for the price. It was clean and had good communication with the property company throughout the process. The location is good for access to various experiences if not wanting to stay downtown. The area around is a somewhat rundown but felt overall safe.

The home worked out great for a girls trip to Nashville! It was clean and comfortable. Location was good for visiting downtown and Centennial Park and it’s right across the street from the TSU campus. Communication was good with the host. No issues. Would definitely recommend!

Home was very clean and quiet. Spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed that it was less than 15 minutes to Vanderbilt. The only thing I would change is the shower in the master bedroom. Communication was outstanding and they even accommodated me when i had to change the dates of my stay.I will definitely consider this home when i come back!

Great location 5-20 min from all the great Nashville attractions. Affordable price made the expensive parking charges downtown not so painful . As others noted, Master Shower was tight & no adjustment of shower head - but Water pressure was Awesome ! Beds were very comfortable. Some street noise, but I've slept at MUCH noisier hotels near airports. Area felt safe to drive/walk during our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

We booked this to help my daughter move out of her dorm all week during finals. It was just the right amount of space for the three of us. Close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores and major highways. Neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely book again if available when we come back to Nashville.

We had a good stay. The home was clean and just like the photos. the washer and dryer were great. Washer turn dial needs some looking after - not working properly. Beds where comfortable - They need new pillows ours were very very flat. The kitchen is stocked for your needs. TV in the master did not work very complicated to work. Maybe some typed out instructions would help. Location was easy to find and easy to get on any interstate system to get around. I think that the owners could and should invest in a little upgrading to bring it more modern, new paint, new fixtures everywhere, some carpentry work in each room. Just some freshening up would do wonders. It looked a bit tired. lamps, rugs and table came from old hotel auctions very very dated. There needs to be stair railings on the back stairs. My elderly father needed a lot of help getting in the door. Maybe think about TV's in the other bedrooms as well. Overall a comfortable stay with no frills.

Your place was perfect for our stay! It was very clean, and roomy! Plenty of room for our girls week in Nashville. Great location - easy to get to Broadway and anywhere else we wanted to go. We found Fat Bottom Brewery very close to the home...and it became a 'go-to' for us! So - heres a shout out to them as well - Fat Bottom Brewery was awesome! Thanks for making our vacation worry free!

nice little place for our spring break trip to nashville, ubers were pricy back and forth from broadway. the bnb was clean except for the pots and pans not being cleaned properly from previous guests. the neighborhood was not the best area but was quite even with being located next to tennessee states campus.

We liked this place so much we returned again this year. It's very convenient to downtown and the highways and a good value for the price. The five of us stayed comfortably and enjoyed meals in the sunny kitchen, played cards in the living room and made many trips downtown for the fun. With its central location, you can access great hiking and nature within 20-30 minutes and get downtown in 10 minutes. The only thing we lacked on site was a cookie sheet for the oven and a grill grate that can be lowered for the charcoal grill outside. Otherwise the place is well stocked, very clean and had comfortable beds.

I would stay here again. Location is close to downtown and stadium. pillows and beds were not as comfy as some and 2nd shower is so tall that you can not use unless you are 6'4. shower hear is probably 7 feet high

House was very clean and had everything we needed. Just far enough out of downtown to save a bunch of money and still only a short Uber ride to get downtown. Shower was tiny and difficult to rinse off, could use a detachable head. Area was quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again. Communication was great, the whole process was seamless.

Quaint. A place to lay down. Not extravagant;1 full bathroom. The WiFi was not working for my stay and the television only had PRIME but I wasn’t there to watch TV just keep my things and bathe. There was a lingering smoke smell maybe from some actual tenants sometime ago. But for the price it would suffice.

The home is in a great location easily to get to the highway and different places that you wanted to go to. The house was great for a couple. for larger groups the walls are paper thin. The people that run this home were very responsible and quick to solve any issues that arose One recommendation that I have is the back stairs needs railings for older people to go up and down.
