2 BDR Riverfront Living in Downtown Nashville!

Great place for a weekend in Nashville. We were two couples and it was just enough space for the four of us. You can easily walk to Broadway bars and restaurants. Of note, there is not a single fan in this apartment. If you are someone who appreciates a fan, or struggle with body temp control issues you may want to bring one of your own. It made a noticeable difference for us.

First time in Nashville with family, had a great time exploring all the neighborhoods. Location was very convenient, easy Riverside walk to downtown or short uber ride. The unit was very clean and cozy, loved the mornings on the deck overlooking the water. Plenty of room for a family of 5-6!

This apartment was a great base for a 3 friend stay in Nashville. We were looking to spend some quality time together and not go out at night, so the location was perfect. There were good restaurants within walking distance and the river was beautiful to look at. I would stay here again!

My group had an amazing stay with Grand Welcome Nashville. We LOVED the big mirrors to get ready in. The walk to Broadway was about 20 minutes, easy, and straight shot.

Great location easy moderate walk to downtown. Nice to have quiet location and gently flowing river away from the noise of Broadway. Lots of construction going on behind the units, but was not any inconvenience to us during this stay. Easy and convenient, with lots of parking. Unit was clean, orderly and just as advertised. Great home base location for visiting Nashville - walkable distance to broadway, midtown, and germantown. Very comfy beds and cozy space. Loved the nature aspect with the river view. We enjoyed seeing birds, geese, and woodchucks!

Well located, clean property right on the river. A 15-20 minute walk to Broadway, with some nice bars and restaurants just a couple of minutes away. Very responsive and helpful host.

Nice clean and cute condo on the river. Approx 1 mi walk to broadway. This is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators that we could find. Check in was exactly at 4pm. Nice small balcony to enjoy view of river while having morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Great for our party of four.

The unit was clean and well stocked. It was close enough to walk to Broadway. It was quiet enough except for some construction but it wasn’t too invasive. I would stay again. The unit is on the 3rd floor so take that into consideration when packing. All in all it was a great place and we had an excellent time!

This place was SO close to Nashville’s hot spots. We were able to hang out by the pool in the morning, then scooter or Uber to where we wanted to go. We loved our balcony (and the cute groundhogs below our balcony). ONE mile from Broadway. 10/10 would come back.

The space was absolutely perfect. It was clean, well stocked and a great location. The ONLY issue is that there is MAJOR construction going on across from the complex and the bedroom facing the front of the building had trouble sleeping. The bedroom facing the River heard nothing! Obviously of NO fault of the owners but that’s the only reason why I couldn’t give a true ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I personally prefer to deal with the person who owns the airbnb that I stay in. They are typically more responsive and accommodating. This is run by a company called Grand Welcome Nashville where you speak to a different person each time you message. Our party was hoping for early check in and were re directed several times in the 24 hours leading to check in to only be told that it could not be accommodated due to back to back bookings. Regardless of the back and forth before arriving, our stay was amazing. The airbnb itself is perfect for groups of 3-5. Very close to a lot of amenities like Nissan Stadium and Broadway. An easy walk or scooter away from anything you’d need.

This was a beautiful home. The balcony was small but enjoyable. The walking up stairs was the downfall because it was extremely hot. I wish it was an elevator.

This place left us feeling like we were staying at a motel. The place was fine and as described but just had the minimum along with cheap hotel boxes of shampoo etc. The area seems to be in transition and while we felt safe, with a group I would not have by myself. It is a good walk to downtown. And please note that the check-in instructions need to say that the place is on the THIRD floor as the numbering system is not intuitive! Fortunately the communication is great and someone responded immediately to help with any questions.

Location is great for us. Close to family. We have stayed in same building three times the condo is clean well appointed and perfect for two if us. I did not know there was not an elevator. That was difficult for us carrying luggage and groceries up two flights

Cute and comfortable property! Check in instructions were delayed but the host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. King sized bed was very comfortable and quiet. Loved watching the groundhogs from the balcony! Beautiful view of the river from the large window in the living room. Abundant and easy parking. We had a great time and would stay here again.

The Riverfront Condos provided a great location to visit Nashville. We had a 3rd floor condo (no elevator) that provided a great view of the Cumberland River. Free, covered, and ample parking spaces available. We walked to Broadway (about 20 minute) and also used Lyft (about 6-7 one way). We walked to two restaurants in Germantown- both within a couple blocks. The beds were comfortable and the unit was modern and updated. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it! Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at this Riverfront condo. Communication with the property manager was excellent! I told them about some minor repairs needed and they were fixed almost immediately. The location was good but a little out of the way. I needed clarity on the check-in instructions to know which apartment to got to, but as said, communication was excellent. It was as described.

Loved this condo. Nice views and easy walk to capital grounds for a festival . A bit of a longer walk to main tourist area but still very doable .Third story condo was quiet and helped us get our steps in.

We really enjoyed this condo! The location was so convenient and we were able to walk to Broadway and the farmers market. We LOVED the balcony which overlooks the Cumberland River. Having coffee on the balcony in the morning and ending the day by sitting outside made it so enjoyable! There were a few things that need to be fixed in the condo but none of these were major. The faucets in the main bathroom need to be tightened. the toilet seat in the main bathroom is loose. The toilet paper holder in the 1/2 bath is off the wall. The air conditioning did not seem to work when we turned it down. IT was always very cold in the condo. But again, none of these items are a deal breaker.

We had a great stay at this property. Walking distance to broadway and printers alley if you choose to, otherwise a cheap Uber. The pool was perfect to have in the mornings to start the day. Everything in the listing is accurate, very clean.

We loved our stay & would definitely stay here again! The balcony overlooking the river was fantastic! We loved watching the boats and the wild life! Everything we wanted to see and do was within minutes of our location & when we needed to go pick up our son & daughter-in-law from the airport it was only a 15 minute drive to the airport!
