Charming Historic Loft near Centennial Park

The host was an excellent person to work with. Quick and helpful in her responses and directions. The place can be summed up as aesthetically cute but not very clean. Stained and unclean linens, pillows, rugs, and shower curtain. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials but some drink ware still had lip gloss residue. There was also an opened can of Bloom in a vase from a previous client. All and all Delaney was great and the place was suitable for our needs but would most likely not stay here again d/t cleanliness.

Nice apartment, good size area. Wished there was a tv in bedroom. Area was pretty remote, not able to walk anywhere as hoped. The speakeasy at this apartment is not free to attend, had to buy tickets. (But not listings fault). Responsive Host!

The building is directly next to an active freight train track. Trains can be heard infrequently at any time including at night. Earplugs were required for me to sleep. The unit looks nice like its pictures. There are little things you don't notice until you're there, though. For example, the shower curtain does not reach the lip of the tub, so every shower results in water on the floor, soaking the bath mat. The nightstands, while cool looking, are hung at an odd height that make them awkward to use when you're in bed. The couch is broken; there are no back cushion supports, and you can see where they were removed. One corner in the front is splitting, and the interior (the fold out part) seems to be almost sitting on the floor. When you sit on the cushions, you sink and slide forward. When I reported this upon arrival I was asked if I could still sleep on it, but I was already sleeping on the bed. Apparently use of the couch as a couch was not a concern. You get what you pay for.

Super logement, propre et bien aménagé, idéal pour un couple avec un accès facile au centre-ville. Bon rapport qualité-prix et communication efficace. Je mets toutefois 4 étoiles à cause du bruit du train la nuit et de l’ambiance un peu moins résidentielle qu’un Airbnb classique.

Beautiful place and lovely hosts! Everything was wonderful. Note that the train can be a little bit loud in the mornings, but not too bad! Completely worth the stay - such a great location, parking with the lot feels super safe (and is free!) and the apartment is just adorable. Comfy beds, comfy couches, clean bathroom. All the amenities you could need in the kitchen. Couldn't be happier with our stay and we'll definitely try and stay here again in the future! Hosts are just lovely. They gave us a complimentary late checkout, had the place ready early and were so responsive to everything! Thank you guys for such a wonderful stay!

Location was ideal, apartment was super cute. There were a few things specifically in the bathroom that could use attention: shower curtain was pink at the bottom (needs a wash) and it’s missing at least three curtain hangers. The toilet paper holder is very loose and swivels and is damaging the drywall. The sink faucet sprays water everywhere. But otherwise we loved it.

The bathtub faucet was not clean as every time I went to run the tub, black particles would come out of the faucet. The tub/shower itself was fine but the faucet should have been cleaned. I couldn’t take a bath bc of this and just took a shower instead. Found a previous guest’s trash underneath the TV stand that should’ve been cleaned up. Overall, the loft was cute and spacious but lacking BIG time on cleanliness.

This was our first time to Nashville. So glad we booked this stay! The location is perfect, just like a mile and a half from downtown. The room was so clean and there was even little welcome boxes for the bathroom and kitchen. The property has a speakeasy on it which we sadly didn't get to check out but it looked nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Another fabulous weekend getaway that feels right at home, but on vacation! This was our 2nd stay at the location and we absolutely love it! We made it a priority to check out the pool and it was perfect for what we wanted...small, quaint & the covered bar made it even better! The condo has plenty of room (especially for 1-3 guests), it's set up extremely well maximizing the space and having free & accessible parking makes this location/condo stand out in comparison to some that we have stayed in. Overall, we were extremely happy and satisfied!! Thank you for another fun & fantastic stay!!

The space was great, a little cramped for more than 2 people. It was clean and in a great area that was 5 minutes from almost everything night life related. Check-in was slightly confusing because we were sent two different codes to get into the building that did not work. We had to look at the listing to figure it out and get the right code. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for just a weekend trip.

They gave us the wrong code to enter the building. When we tried calling to get help, they didn’t help at all. They repeatedly asked if we were at the right building and then would hang up the call. After them hanging up 3 or 4 times and standing outside for over an hour, we finally got the right code to get in the building. It was a very frustrating experience in an unfamiliar area and not getting the help we needed from the company. The room itself was very nice and clean, but not getting the right code to get in the building while in an unfamiliar area at night and not receiving any help was extremely frustrating.
