Cumberland River Condo Near DT!

Perfect place to stay for a girls trip! So close to downtown and germantown. The pool was great for a beautiful summer weekend! Host was very responsive when we had questions.

Great place, perfect location to make the most out our trip! Loved the balcony and view of the river. Walkable to Broadway as well as many restaurants in the surrounding area. Area around is great as well! Would recommend 100% and would definitely stay here again!

Great clean and comfy spot. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the balcony several times taking in the beautiful view in the mornings and evenings. Plenty of restaurants near by but we also did some cooking and had all the needed equipment. The pool was our main want and it was awesome!!

We had a great stay here! It’s a great location, walkable to broadway and to many restaurants in germantown. The place is a little older but overall pretty clean. Delaney was fast at responding and a great host. I would stay here again for a short stay.

Highly recommended. Delaney is a dream host. Very responsive and on point. Provided very clear instructions and my boys had an amazing time visiting her beautiful place. The place is even more beautiful in person. My kids couldn’t stop raving about it. Of course the apartment is beautiful but the location is even better. Everything is walkable, you will not even need to uber. Overall a perfect spot!!! Many thanks to the wonderful host, we will definitely stay here again.

VRBO was fairly nice. Clean, didn’t have enough shampoo supplies and there’s no elevators so if you have a problem getting around the stairs will be hard. Surrounding area not so nice, homeless people sleeping on the grass just down the block by the river. So this can be intimidating when walking at night. Although we did not have issues while we were there. The price wasn’t good trade off for the location. I expected more for what I paid.

For what we paid, I was expecting more. The table where you were expected to eat, gave you chairs that were at least 24” below the table and we definitely could have used more soap. We had 3 tvs with no instructions on how to use them. We’re both over 70 and not so technically proficient. They could make the place a lot easier for seniors. As always, the pictures you get really didn’t represent reality. Next time we will go with a hotel

Second year i have stayed on this property. It was perfect and so peaceful after busy days at a conference. The covered parking was perfect after rainy days. A beaver, bunnies and geese walked up to the building and stayed for pictures, and the activity on the river made for relaxing time on the patio. Communication from the property was good too. I'll be back.

Fabulous location overlooking river but only 15 minutes stroll to downtown. Well equipped. Bed extremely comfortable. Accommodation clean and hosts extremely helpful.

My wife and I had a great weekend in Nashville at this rental! Was clean, great location, and had parking! A lot of rentals in the city don’t have great parking options. This one does! Highly recommend staying here!

The unit was great for the duration of our stay. There was an odd, musty smell when we got there and I’m wondering if it was the cleaning solutions. It was a little off-putting, but other than that, the place served its purpose. It was walkable, had a great view, and was a fairly quiet location. Some construction nearby had us awake at 7am on Saturday, but hopefully that wraps up soon.

Lovely spot on the river. Just outside of Broadway and walking distance to many ideal Nashville spots. Second floor room was clean and the basics were provided. Currently lots of construction in the area but not a deterrent.

Nice place, great view. A few small maintenance issues (burned out bulbs, light switches not working). Construction across the street is noisy from 7AM to 6PM except Sunday. Would not give us early check-in to match our flight arrival but condo was ready. I believe this is because it is a corporate property with no on-site manager.

The view of the river was beautiful. The apartment (this is not a condo) is centrally located. The pillows and bedding were clean. This place is not as pictured. First, it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The stairs and railings are filthy. Inside, it was noticeably dated. It appeared clean but the baseboards & light switches had noticeable dirt and dust. The tv in the living room had a mess of hanging cords & did not work. Second, the balcony and chairs were covered in animal droppings, dead bugs and cobwebs. The only resolution they offered was to come and clean. We decided not to have them do that because at that point we wanted to make the best of it and enjoy our vacation. Note: there is a ton of construction in the area on buildings and roads. We went during a long holiday weekend so no one was working but on Tuesday at 6 am it got really noisy. This also had us taking our vehicle and paying for parking because of hazards and lack of sidewalks.

We were looking to be in a quieter area with good walk-ability to good eats and a short uber/scooter to Broadway and this was exactly what we were looking for. The river was also a nice addition. The building may look a little unnerving with a massive carport stretching the length of the building but is really beneficial to shelter from rain and it kept the area quiet. The unit was clean, it looked pretty accurate to the pictures. One bonus is the host is responsive, we had access and WIFI issues and the host was quick to apologize and accommodate/fix our issues. this will definitely be a consideration when we had back to Nashville.

Walkable to downtown nashville, but scooters and ubers were really wuick and convenient. About a 5-8 minute ride. The pool was fun and great. The place was also clean and free of clutter. The AC was great in the hot days of Nashville. I would 100% come back if I were to visit Nashville again!

The apartment was clean and comfortable and an easy walk to broadway. I appreciated the covered, free off street parking. I expected construction noise but did not expect it to start at 6:00 a.m.! I understand that is completely out of the hands of the owners. Overall, a great stay and I will not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay! The unit was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is very walkable to Broadway - we made the 20-minute walk (both ways) each evening and really enjoyed the convenience. If you're walking back late, I’d recommend taking Third Ave as it felt better lit and more active. The building felt very safe, which we appreciated. The only real downside was the weekday construction noise from across the street, though it was quiet on the weekends. All in all, the unit was a good value and met our expectations!

Me and my wife had an amazing time staying here! There was a lot of wildlife to watch from the balcony looking over the Cumberland river! We easily walked to the coffee shops and only had a few minutes drive or cab to get downtown! The host was awesome, and the place was CLEAN! If I come back, Im coming back here!!

Easy to get to with parking right outside the unit. Up a couple flights of stairs and quiet spot overall, with a comfy bed and a nice little balcony to sit out with your coffee (we appreciated the coffee supplied, and didn’t need to cook but could have with a full kitchen). Construction work nearby started early in the morning but we are early risers so that didn’t bother us. We would stay here again.

At first the area seemed sketchy (the building and parking was all under a warehouse-looking roof). But in hindsight it was GREAT! It rained the weekend we were there and our car was covered - so getting the suitcases upstairs was easy - we were able to park scooters underneath; everything stayed dry! The balcony wasn't covered though, so we weren't able to enjoy it when it rained (an umbrella or retractable awning would be nice). There was construction in the area, but it wasn't that bad. VERY CONVENIENT TO DOWNTOWN AND BROADWAY!!!
