• Larger groups: This home is a sister unit to The Roxy A. If you need more space, consider booking both together
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
