Beautiful, clean and spacious. Would stay again. The view from the front porch was glorious. The outdoor grounds were a bit unkept and the kitchens could use more cooking pots and pans, but those “down sides” did not impact the overall stay. Jonathan was very responsive and helpful.

The house itself is very pretty and the views are amazing. It had most of the necessities one would need for a trip out of town. It’s a steep drive up so make sure your vehicle can handle that. While the itself was nice there were issues with several amenities. While we were able to contact the host and they acknowledge the problems there was never anyone sent to check or fix anything. I messaged the host over several items that needed to be addressed and while I was told there would be someone sent for maintenance nobody ever came. One of the biggest reasons in choosing this rental was to use both hot tubs however only one was working at the time. I reached out prior to use to make sure it was working properly and was assured it was. It was disappointing but at least one worked. The dishwasher also needed to be fixed so we were not able to use it. We ended up handwashing everything before checking out. Overall the stay was fine and even comfortable. For the price however, I would expect the amenities to be working or at the very least be told that they were not functioning prior to our arrival. Overall an okay stay the views made the house special.

The houses are beautiful just like the pictures. The view is unbelievable. Jonathan response is quick and we need the trash cans emptied, he had it done that day.

We traveled to Serieville to celebrates our daughter's birthday. We had a big group of us that fit beautifully in this house. We put the kids in thr 2nd house and all adults in the main house. It was excellent! We did run into some complications. Upon arriving, we couldn't enter. The code wasn't working. After some back n forth communication with the company, we got in. Every single door sqeeked in both houses...loudly. I notified the company- and again, immediately sent someone out to take care of it. Our last day there we had a horrible storm come in and knock out the power and water for about 5 hours. Luckily it was ridiculous early in the morning and didnt impeed our plans too much. It was back up by 11 am and we went about our day. The company was communicative and even though no fault of thier own, they did let me know what was happening in the area. I will say, that for house that fits 15 or 16 people, they only had 1 hot pad, 1 dish towel, and 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom. That was too minimal for a house that big and disappointing. But the dollar general right down the hill was lovely and run by super sweet people to help us out. The view was excellent and can't beat the fact that there were no neighbors at all.

We had a great time! Perfect amount of space for a larger group. Plenty for the kids to do. Sunsets are indescribable. Celebrating the 4th of July here was such a unique experience. We could see all the big fireworks displays in the distance.

Absolutely beautiful view!! Having the two homes was perfect.. eleven adults… perfect amount of beds and also bathroom. The homes were very tidy and comfortable…the porches were perfect to watch the sunrise and set. Jonathan responded to messages in a timely manner. The driveway is steep.. it’s paved but also has some gravel in spots so if you are on motorcycles like we were be very cautious. We all loved this place and will definitely rent it again if we come back to the area❤️

Our experience with this Airbnb was frustrating from the start. We arrived to find multiple issues, including problems with the hot tub/outdoor area and missing essential items (Toilet paper and paper towels)that should have been provided. When we reached out, communication felt difficult and at times came across as dismissive, with an implication that the missing items had been left when they clearly were not. While the host did eventually offer to send someone out, by that point we had already gone out of our way to resolve the most immediate issues ourselves. We also did not feel comfortable having service teams enter the property during our stay, especially with our personal belongings inside, so we declined. It’s worth noting that these are issues that should have been handled before guest arrival. Guests shouldn’t have to spend their time troubleshooting basic amenities or replacing essentials. Overall, while the host did respond, the experience felt unnecessarily stressful.

We went for Christmas and it was a blast! The older “adult” kids (early 20’s) stayed in the second house and the parents/grandparents stayed in the main. We went between houses and just relaxed. The view is so beautiful! I actually appreciated that there were not tv’s in the sleeping quarters. It made us connect more. Overall a good time!

The houses are at the top of a steep driveway but have an AMAZING view. Both Roxy A and B were clean with everything we needed for a weekend trip. We have a few minor issues but the host was very quick to respond and get them resolved. This property was perfect for a family getaway to the mountains

We rented Roxy A and Roxy B for our stay. Both spaces came with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and a starter pack of essentials. During our stay we had an issue with the toilets in the smaller house and the door handle but the team came out to address both in a timely manner.

My family spent the weekend before Christmas here and we enjoyed our stay very much! We would definitely stay again if we had a big group like we did. Pros: -Nice wood burning fire pit -Two hot tubs -Amazing scenery -Lots of space! -Very private -They had high chairs and a pack and play -Very unique layouts - two full kitchens - super comfy couches and beds Cons: -Parking was just perfect for 3 small SUVs and a truck -The drive way has pot holes and a steep climb -Yes it’s very clean but walls are covered in dirt from past guest -There were no fully closed showers (no curtains/ door/ or glass) -The propane tanks to the pits were empty -For larger groups the trash cans available may not be enough. -There were pieces of wood hanging from front porch of house B and other small repairs needed for possible safety issues.

We had an amazing stay at The Roxy! Our entire family-which concluded 11 of us total stayed between Roxy A & Roxy B very comfortably. The host was VERY quick on responding and very helpful anytime we had any questions. This was our first booking that offered 2 homes in 1, which I thought was really cool! Both homes were beautiful and had astonishing views of the Smokey Mountains! ❤️

We stayed here with a large party for my husbands birthday and wow! Nothing can prepare us how gorgeous the view is at this home! It feels like you are walking out into a painting and the photos don’t do it justice. We cannot have enough good things to say about the stay! Everything was squeaky clean, so many amenities, and the 2 Roxy houses were designed so beautifully! The host was very quick to response and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place for your next stay and we’ll definitely be coming back.

The houses were absolutely gorgeous — we’re all obsessed with the showers and the view! The road up wasn’t the best, so we had to be a bit extra careful, but aside from that it was easy to navigate to this beautiful, comfortable place. I would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay in the mountains! The cabin was peaceful, quiet, and perfectly tucked away for a remote getaway. We really enjoyed the chance to unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings. place was clean and amazing. Freezer stopped working and they got someone to fix it. we stayed two weeks and had an amazing time. the only thing I was not prepared for was no cabnites for clothes but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had an unforgettable stay at Roxy A and B! This rental truly exceeded all expectations and was perfect for our large family. From sunrise to sunset, the stunning mountain views were absolutely breathtaking—nature’s masterpiece right outside our window. Inside, the home was exactly as described, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring. We especially appreciated how responsive and attentive the hosts were—every question was met with quick, helpful replies. We absolutely thought the views were Amazing. The house was fantastic. The front yard is not as flat as we thought so we had to change where we had a small wedding ceremony but it turned out perfect anyway. We had a slight issue with confusion on if we had main and guest house in our reservation but they were very quick to respond and everything was handled and we were happy.

The outside was unkept. The grass was knee high and we addressed our concern immediatly with a fast response but no one came to fix the problem. The bathroom toilet in the master bath leaked, and the freezer thawed out after our third day. Theres a huge tree that obstructs the beautiful view and the bushes were very high. We also had one bed that had dirty sheets. With that being said, The interior of the homes are absolutely beautiful and clean. Although we had some issues the stay overall was great. And even after the issues that we had we would stay again.

This is an amazing Airbnb and I would happily return for another visit! Better than expected. Stunning and comfortable interior with a beautiful, peaceful view outside. Be sure to bring bug spray in the summer months and be prepared for windy roads and a steep driveway.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a very beautiful view and the house was beautiful. It was very clean and very spacious. We only had one issue and that was getting into the house when we first arrived but we had the issue resolved within about 20 minutes. I would be willing to stay here again.
