We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and quite comfortable for our family of seven.

This home is beautiful.. this is my 3rd trip to the area so my wife and I booked for my 45th birthday getaway with two other married couples (left the kids this trip 🤷🏾‍♂️, and was amazed at how much better it looked than the pictures that made us like the cabin to begin with. Home is very well maintained and themed. We enjoyed trying to find and count how many bears there were throughout the cabin. The peace and quiet that comes at night when sitting on the screened porch is amazing. Location is definitely very close to everything needed or wanting to do. Looking forward to booking again for spring break and bringing the kids this time around as there’s plenty to do for families that won’t break the bank or you can go all out!! Really enjoyed ourselves here!

Overall everything was great! Cabin was nice and communication was fast and easy. The only complaint I had was the fireplace was not working and that had not been communicated before the stay but they did send a little bit of a refund for it. I would recommend staying at this cabin.

Was perfect for my group of young adults, plenty of room. Very clean. Had everything we needed and then some. Was easy to access main attractions. Was thankful for these guys, considering a lot of air b n b properties will not allow anyone under 25 to book. I would definitely stay at this cabin again.

Beautiful cabin and perfect home base for our 5 adults and two children. Cabin was nicely decorated and the screened in porches were an added bonus for us. We loved the area and how close it was to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Our stay in this lovely woodsy cabin was wonderful! It easily accommodated our 2 families (4kids+4parents) and we had more than enough space, bedrooms, beds, linens, and bathrooms for each person to be comfortable, clean, happy, and well-rested for our very active Dollywood days and mountain hikes - all easily accessible in a quick drive down to town or over to trail heads. Our one hitch was the arcade didn't work on arrival - while the owner was very responsive, the management company couldn't fix the machine during our stay. Kids/parents were disappointed as this was part of the reason we selected this house but the air hockey and foosball tables gave everyone good replacement activities. Kitchen equipment was all perfect, working gas grill, ample laundry detergent, dishsoap, handsoap, etc (didn't even need to buy paper towels or TP - a first!), but nothing left in the pantry, so you'll need to bring or buy anything more than salt/pepper. Thank you for an amazing 4th of July week!

We really enjoyed our stay! The check-in process was seamless with clear instructions, and the location was perfect—super convenient for exploring. The property had a cozy vibe, but there were a few cleanliness issues that could use more attention. We noticed some dead bugs around the house and quite a bit of dust. The toiletry boxes were a nice touch, though the accommodations were more basic than expected. A suggestion: it would be great to have separate pool or hot tub towels, so guests don’t have to use their bath towels for both. We had a minor issue with the hot tub, but the host was quick to respond and had it fixed the next day, which we really appreciated. The host was easy to communicate with. One other suggestion would be to update some of the signs around the house. There were a few conflicting details between online and the instructions posted in the home. Overall, while there were some small issues, we still had a pleasant stay.

The place was beautiful like the pictures, however there are a few things that needs to be addressed. First, there was a foul smell at the inside entrance of the house. The smell comes and goes throughout the living room area during our entire stay for the week . I contacted maintenance and they did respond right away. However they couldn't resolve the issue so they contacted a specialist who won't be available until a few weeks out. Also, all of the kitchen drawer liners smelled old and strong and needs to be replaced. The video game didn't work. Most of the bedroom door locks didn't work properly. I hope all of these issued are resolved before the next quest arrives. Otherwise the place was nice!

Well the hot tub was dirty and smells only one jet was working, the bathroom upstairs were terrible the bottom of the shower was dirty l had to clean them before getting in on the outside steps the front needs to be have hand rails l fell coming up them my whole arm is bruised and l know l am older than the young kids but we all had a good time, l don’t think l would rent it again.

The house was perfect for our family of 7. It was close to town, clean, plenty of rooms and games for the kids. There was an abundance of bathrooms. Quiet community. Everything we needed. The only downside at all, and I wouldn't give a poor rating because of this, is that the house is incredibly loud. There is no insulation between the first and second floor. Literally the flooring of the second floor is the roof of the first. We could hear every little movement, noice, tv, creak of the bed. Makes it hard to sleep. Bring a sound machine and the house would be perfect.

The cabin had easy check in instructions, enough room for all 10 of our friends to sleep and live in for a week. We were able to enjoy the hot tub, fridge, both living rooms, and both eating tables without getting in each others way.

This could have been a wonderful stay. We were so looking forward to enjoying the warmth and ambiance of the fireplaces. There are two, one in living area and one upstairs. Upon arrival I wanted to check if they were functional …. Neither of them worked! ( unfortunately had same experience of non working fireplace last year at a different property). Huge disappointment as the fireplace is an amenity that I was counting on when selecting a cabin. I got the usual canned response of things beyond their control and that parts are on the way. lol! They were aware that the fireplaces were broken, but for how long??? Poor maintenance at this cabin. First night stay I stood in tub drain water as my tub was stopped up. Yuk!! They did come out and maintenance it….. again a maintenance issue. The hot tub does not work properly as you need to throw the breaker back on because of an overheating issue. No one wants to bother with that! Now these are deal breakers for me, esp the 2 fireplaces!! If the above complaints aren’t important for you, you’ll likely love this cabin. Beds are comfy, spacious rooms and nice furniture. Nice screened in porches on both levels. Location is perfect, easy to get to and from. Very convenient to towns. I wish I had better things to say but I’m just so disappointed!!! The cabin was clean enough. Again!

This cabin is a winner! Everything was clean the place was beautiful, plenty of space. Covered patio and screened in, gas grill was so nice and it already had gas there! The beds were so comfortable! We brought 2 trucks 1 SUV &1 car with no parking issues. It is close to everything! We will revisit and book this cabin again!! Loved it!!

Our group was a weekend trip for our Dental office. Communication was amazing. Very prompt with questions. Check in was smooth. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The hot tub was very clean. The buttons need a little work. But that was a small thing in our opinion. Check out was easy.

Inside was clean and ready to go, however lots dead bugs in windows and on screened in porches, lots of cob webs. Grill had 1 working burner of 3 total burners. Arcade machine not working, I was texted just a few mins after talking out loud with my son saying it won’t work. I’m sure that was a coincidence, I hope. The cabin was great other than what I listed above, everything we could have asked for. Looking back l, the things I listed above didn’t even really matter. The cabin and location is amazing. This place easily sleeps 5, very roomy. I’d stay here again, hopefully those small things are addressed as I did report it to the owner. 4.6 stars is my final review.

This was a perfect spot for us! Plenty of bathrooms. We loved the air hockey and foosball table. We had so much fun just spending time together. Really close to Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. The downstairs king bed was hard to get into because it was a foam topper on top of a box spring and mattress. Other than that it was ideal for us.
