This place is amazing and Delaney is a wonderful host! The location is perfect, close enough to Downtown but still quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Delaney and her home for anyone visiting!

10 minutes from everything, walking distance to some restaurants but far enough where you are not bothered by noise

Place was as described amenities outside did have cobwebs and bugs which didn’t allow us to use the backyard. Overall clean and as expected

Beautiful place, great location, great vibes. You get exactly what you see. Only had one minor issue and that was that the back porch had a bunch of cobwebs and spiders. Other than that the place was perfect.

Perfect spot to get back and forth to broadway. Had issues with thermostat, ordered fans. (Did not reach out to host, had too much going on). Thermostat kept going up, we would set it to 68 and it would go to 74 while we were gone? House got way too hot for our liking. Not sure if it was being controlled or just out of order?Only 4 towels provided, so you may need to bring more towels.

House was clean, backyard was great! Easy to open and lock the doors. Quick Uber/Lyft rides to downtown. Quiet neighborhood.

This property is great; the house is clean and nice. It's in a safe area and has ample parking because it's on a corner lot. The management company was easy to deal with and responsive whenever I had a question. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, close to the interstate and a short uber ride to Broadway.

The property was just as presented. Overly pleased with the neighborhood. Spent each morning on the back patio with coffee. Felt very comfortable parking on the street. The options in the area, as well as access to the greenway, and the ease of getting in and out of the Broadway area was exceptional.
