Excellent stay!!! I was in Nashville for my bachelorette party and this was the perfect place. Super affordable compared to others in the area, and way more spacious than we expected! It was super clean and well maintained. We had a little trouble with the lock when we arrived, but they responded to our message immediately and helped us figure it out within two minutes. Overall fantastic experience!

We had a really nice stay here! There were a few issues with being given an incorrect door code, WiFi password, and having hot water shut off after a storm, but the team was very responsive whenever we let them know of an issue and helped us solve it as soon as they could. Excellent house and location in a nice neighborhood, and a perfect amount of space for our large group of people. We had a few hiccups, but overall a really good stay.

Big place looks even bigger than the pictures. The house has certainly seen some wear and tear from being an Airbnb in Nashville, but we enjoyed each and every space. The neighborhood is filled with many similar houses so the vibe is somewhat appropriate. Had some communication issues with the homeowner and the Internet company causing a couple hours sitting with a repair man that we were not expecting to babysit. Could have been managed better by the management company. It would be nice to have that time back.

I rented this house with five of my girlfriends for my best friends bachelorette. The pictures don’t even do this house justice. It’s huge, super clean, there was coffee for us, toilet paper paper towel, towels everything we needed. We were expecting a winter storm in New York where we’re from on Thursday, and they let us book the day before very easily, and we had a delayed flight home, which they also accommodate us. Great communication, great stay, highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Area was very convenient. Home was large and clean. Did have an issue with no heat our first night- they were very responsive to messages - sent maintenance out at 11pm- Lots of stairs- so make sure you are able to manage climbing. Overall great experience.

Amazing location, beautiful home! Perfect for a group of friends, or multiple couples looking to take a trip. Could also be amazing for a family with older kids (3 stories).

Great place to stay. Love how close it is to everything, you can technically walk to the Gulch but it is a little far for a walk. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying here while in Nashville. The house was beautiful and spacious with room for everyone to not be on top of each other. There were five of us so we took advantage of having our own bedroom/bathroom but there was plenty of additional places to sleep if you were a larger group. We didn't use the kitchen although it had everything needed if you chose to do your own cooking. The area was decent/seemed safe and there were a few restaurants within a mile of us but definitely needed an Uber or taxi to get to/from downtown so you needed to be well-prepared for the entire day once leaving the house if that's where you were headed. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodations and the value was great in comparison to the hotels located closer to Broadway. If you're traveling with a large group we highly recommend checking this place out!

We had a great time at this Airbnb in Nashville. Location was very near the popular spots. The Airbnb was just as described and on the pictures. Just had great communication throughout our stay. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Sofa bed was missing sheets and blankets but someone stopped by to bring it! Bunk beds upstairs are kind of squeaky and might be tough for those who are light sleepers. The kitchen and living space was nice and open, and also great for coworking. Area wasn’t too far from downtown, but we still ended up ubering most places!

We had a great stay here! Close to the Gulch but still tucked away in a nice neighborhood. We walked to a coffee shop one morning in the Gulch but preferred to Uber to Broadway as it was just a little further away. The house was beautiful, bigger actually than I realized from the pictures. We needed paper towels at one point in our stay and the host was nice enough to drop some off the same day. Highly recommend this place!

The house location, the bedrooms, the cleanliness was perfect. Only 1.5 miles to Broadway and a short Uber ride. HOWEVER be aware you are not renting from an actual individual and it’s a rental company. The communication you receive is all automatically generated and you cannot get a live person on the phone. We got to house at 3:30 and it was vacant. So I texted the # to ask could we check in early and the response was due to back to rentals the house isn’t available until 4pm. So I responded that in at the house and the cleaning people are done. I got the same response again. The house code wouldn’t work until 4:00pm on the dot!! We check in finally the house was perfect for our 3 couples. However the downstairs a/c wasn’t working. I messaged them again and got another “automatic response”. Finally the next morning I got a real response and they said they would have a technician out today. Well at 6:00 that night we still haven’t seen anyone so I messaged them again. Finally at 7:30
