Cabin in the Woods for 8 w/ Hot Tub & Games!

It was a good place to stay at, the location was convenient, and the cabin was big. A lot of space and everything you needed. The host was responsive.

It was definitely a nice little mountain cabin. We had a good time playing pool and air hockey. Once we got the hot tub working it was nice and hot! I’d say if you need to use the pull out beds communicate about the linens for them ahead of time. The gaming consoles don’t really have games without a login or whatever. The ac on the ground floor is amazing!!! Upstairs not so much.

Perfection all around from the host to the house. Even left my camera in there after checkouts, and they were immediately on it helping me out as stressed out as I was. Not to mention the perfect scenery.

I would give this place 5 stars and the hosts 3, so I ended up with 4. Great views, comfortable, lovely! I asked a LOT of questions before booking and before arrival, to avoid surprises. I doubt Grand Welcome has ever seen the property, so be prepared that their answers to your questions may not prove accurate once you arrive. Before booking, I made absolutely certain that the hot tub was working and was assured that it is “fully functional.” That is a stretch. It wasn’t working at all when we arrived. There are no instructions. My son was able to go under the deck and figure out the breaker to get it going. The screen is also cracked so it’s sometimes impossible to read what you’re doing with the controls. Host was slow to respond when I expressed my disappointment. Host also specified a gas grill in multiple messages, which does not exist, so disregard even their confirmation about a gas grill. No sheet pans, 1 kitchen towel only. Other than that, it was wonderful.

One of the few airbnbs I’ve been to where all the amenities actually work. Hot tub was bigger than it looked in the pictures and heated up really well. Place was very clean and lots of clean towels and toiletries were provided by the host. Highly recommend this place!

We felt right at home at the Grand Welcome Smoky Mountains. Everything was clean. It smelt amazing in there. We felt like it was our own log cabin. At least for a few days that is, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. We are definitely going back there next time. Loved everything in Sevierville. It’s amazing and fun. Loved every minute of it.

We enjoyed our stay. We booked last minute. When we arrived, the sofa bed in the livingroom was halfway closed with cushions around the room. Amenities had not been refreshed. There was a broken ball on the pool table. Once made aware, management address the issues the next day. Management was very responsive throughout our stay. Kept us informed during a short power outage. Outside of the issues encountered upon arrival, we had a lovely stay.

Absolutely magical stay – this cabin is a dream come true! Tucked away in the mountains with wonderful views from the front porch. The cabin itself is beautifully designed: cozy yet spacious, with a fireplace that made evenings unforgettable. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub on the deck under a blanket of stars was pure bliss. The location strikes the perfect balance: secluded enough to feel like you have the mountains to yourselves, yet only a short drive to town. We came for a quiet family Thanksgiving getaway and left completely recharged (and already planning our next visit). If you want peace, beauty, and that true “cabin in the woods” experience with all the modern comforts, book this place immediately. 11/10 – worth every penny!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and met all our expectations! The views were amazing and the hot tub was a perfect spot to relax after all the fun we had during the day in Pigeon Forge! We had a great stay overall and made some wonderful memories with our family. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped, great space to relax and enjoy the area. However, I was disappointed with how the host handled an issue we had with the hot tub. I noticed what appeared to be mold on one of the headrests and raised the concern right away, even providing clear photos as proof. Unfortunately, my concern was dismissed, and I felt that my knowledge of what mold looks like was not taken seriously. No real effort was made to resolve the issue during our stay, and a team was only scheduled to come out on our checkout day — which didn’t help us at all. While the trip itself was enjoyable, the lack of urgency and poor communication around a potential health issue took away from the experience. A quicker response and more respectful handling of guest concerns would have made a big difference.

For the most part it was great. The cabin was beautiful. My family of 4 had plenty of room & my boys loved the pool table & air hockey table. My only complaints are that the stairs up to the loft are kind of dangerous & really dark through there. The light does not put off hardly any light at all. Also right when we got there the road up to the cabin was so overgrown that we didn't know if we were in the right place because it looked like the road had not been used for 6 months or so. We looked for another way to our cabin because I did not want to scratch my car & when I contacted the host, they didn't really seem too concerned at all. We hoped to see bears but did not see any which I am not surprised because I heard so many dogs barking most of the time & saw a few dogs.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. Many memories were made in this beautiful home. And the views from the front porch are so pretty. The location worked great for us because we were around 20 minutes from everything. It was nice to be close to everything but still far enough to have privacy and quietness. Went there with the family on spring break. Nice cabin. The location was great. Not too far up the hills in a nice, quiet area. About a 20 minute trip to Gatlinburg or Pigeon forge, so not out of the way. Host was very responsive and ready to answer any questions we might have had. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at the cabin and felt it was well worth the money. Everything was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The only issue we had was that the pool sticks were broken and worn and almost not usable. But that was a very small issue and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Great area, great looking outside and in and was an amazing stay here. Very clean and had exactly what I was looking for. Pool table was great and hot tub was good as well. Nice view to watch the lunar eclipse and to look at the night sky. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for people. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed the cabin! It was very peaceful and the kids had a good time. I didn’t realize how far up the mountain it is, so it gets hard to see when driving at night. If you prefer to stay in at night, this is perfect. It was great for our peaceful vacation.

The cabin comfortably fit 8 people, and the view in the front is a great sight to wake up to. The owner was easy to reach, and quick to respond to any concerns. It felt secluded enough for a cabin the woods, but not too far away from a grocery store.

The place was great but a little dirty. We ended up rewashing all the dishes we needed for the week. Pretty sure the dishwasher dosent work as non of the soap pods ever melted but just stayed in the pocket. Noticeable cob webs but over all a nice place. Neighbors dogs were very loud most evenings but the sunrises on the porch were amazing. Pretty close to town but still pretty private. Wish there were seasonings at the cabin. We cooked alot and this was our first cabing that didnt really have seasonings but no biggie we just made it work. Overall we had a wonderful time and are thinking of a family vacation everyear.

We loved our stay, the only complaint we would have would be the location of the drive was a little narrow, but we expected that in the mountains. It was beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch gliders and watching the sunrise with the amazing view. We will definitely look to come back again.
