• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. Boat and trailer parking is not allowed at the property; there is a lot by the clubhouse available for this purpose. If you plan to bring a boat or trailer, please contact us before arrival for details.
• Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home. Please clean up after your pet, indoors and outdoors. Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning or pet-related damage.

Pet Policy: Pet fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.

We noticed after getting back to the cabin one night that our a/c wasn't working. After going outside, we noticed the unit had frozen up. It was on 70-72 degrees when we left, so not a bad temp. We turned the unit off and got the ice off unit, after contacting Jonathan. He said he would have a technician out the next day. The entire day went by and never heard from anyone. Got back that night and found the a/c return that was behind the couch. We pulled the couch out and pulled the filter out. The filter looked like it had never been changed. We called back to explain this. A technician finally came by the next day. We weren't there, but when we got back to the cabin, we noticed that he didn't even put a filter in the unit. And he left the door wide open for anyone/anything to get in. Also, the hot tub needs maintenance or replacing. There were chips of the floor/paint all in the bottom of it. Also didn't like not having a washing machine. Good views but wouldn't stay here again.

The views at the cabin were fabulous. The inside, however, wasn’t to expectations. There were very minimal usable kitchen utensils. If you plan to cook, you should plan on buying a lot of supplies. There were some stains on the furniture as well. The TV would turn on but there were no batteries in the remote and the buttons on the tv only occasionally worked. We reached out to the host with a question about trash and we received what I assumed were AI auto-generated responses that were not helpful. We ended up having to ask a local our question. This cabin has so much potential, but needs some TLC to make it worth the money. I don’t know that it was worth what we paid, so we probably wouldn’t book again or recommend unless there were some updates done.

Spent my birthday weekend here. Weather was perfect (May 14-18) Place was just as described. Host made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. Gas grill was ready. Hot tub was freshly cleaned and warming up , when we arrived. Very good location. About 30-40 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Servielle had plenty to do as well. The view is a breathtaker!! Absolutely amazing sitting on the balcony watching the sun set over Lake Douglas. The wildlife is real around there. We seen a coyote the first morning around 11am . We were leaving out to grab some food and boom opened the front door and there was a large coyote about 40 yards from the cabin. He didn’t bother us he kept right on into the woods. Bear markings (claw marks) on a tree in the yard. Overall beautiful and nice stay. I plan to take my teenage kids to this same property soon. Pool table was a nice touch . Good choice of board games to choose from , and the deck of cards initiated one heck of a spades game!!

The trip was good overall. The two biggest issues we ran into were two of the stove tops not working and also every dish in the cabinet being dirty… there were also a few stains on pillow cases and couches. But the place was beautiful and the view was amazing.

Overall a great stay and fun cabin with friends. The main problem is the dishwasher. It leaves the dishes with a dusty feeling, white marks, and some not properly cleaned. Be prepared to hand wash. The garbage instructions were also confusing.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was beautiful. We were all very comfortable. The view was great, the hot tub worked well. We even needed propane and they delivered it to us within a half hour so we could finish cooking our dinner. The man who delivered it was great, I wish I remembered his name!

The cabin was in a perfect area with beautiful views. We did have to ask the host to clean the hot tub because it wasn’t clean. The bathrooms were also not the cleanest and we had to wash all of the dishes that we used because they were dirty. The hot water went out when we were there and we had to wait until the next day for them to fix it. However, the host was very responsive and helpful. Maybe they just need new cleaning people. I probably wouldn’t stay in this cabin again, but I would definitely look into their other cabins!

Sadly, our cabin was pretty dirty. This included stains on the provided towels, all over both beds, a noticeable smell, dirty/moldy dishes and cobwebs all over the place. The view however was incredible and in our opinion the perfect place to be close to the town but still have that peace your looking for in the mountains. The hottub works and the pool table was a hit for the guys, so all in all we are satisfied. I would say that for the amount of money you spend, specifically in cleaning fees , i expected more cleanliness.

If you want a view, this is the spot! The cabin its self is super cozy, has a nice porch swing and several rocking chairs. The hot tub is very nice/clean and over looks the amazing view. Unfortunately, pictures make the rooms look a little bit bigger than what they actually are so we had a tight squeeze with our babies pack’n play.

I was OBSESSED with this place. I came here to spend some time with a few friends and it did not disappoint! The cabin was cleaned well before our arrival, and had more amenities then we could have asked for! I was extremely excited for the pool table and the hot tub, and most importantly the VIEW. I saw another review that had said that pictures just could not do it justice, and they are not wrong at all. We got some questionable weather during the weekend we had booked, and the host had given us a heads up before it got bad, I really appreciate the service that we were given by our host and cannot wait to visit again!

Overall we had a great stay here in Sevierville! There were just a few things we didn’t love about our stay though. First, we had to clean all our dishes before use as they were dusty upon getting them out of the cabinets, so if you’re doing a lot of personal cooking here, I wouldn’t say this is the best spot for that. While the hot tub was one of the perks of the rental (especially it being already heated upon arrival), it could probably use some better maintenance as we all experienced different levels of skin irritation from it the next morning. Finally, we had an issue with some leaking in one of the bedrooms when it rained one night of our stay. We did love the space overall, but just wanted to mention those things for future renters to be aware of. But for a fairly low maintenance group like we had, the space served us well!

Went on a girls trip with a few friends, and this cabin made the trip 10x more amazing! The cabin was beautiful and was so welcoming! We had one issue the first night (of a 4 night stay) where our hot water wasn’t working, and when I reached out for help, I got a quick response and got it fixed the same night, even though it was around 11pm! There is a beautiful view on the balcony and the cabin is well decorated with adorable bear decorations. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will be recommending this cabin and this company to everyone!

Beautiful view! The cabin is very cozy and nicely furnished. We really enjoyed the hot tub and porch swing. Would stay again!
