Nashville 3BD for 8 near Downtown

We got in very late like 0230, ready for bed and they were all comfortable and clean, bathrooms were clean. We really didn’t spend much time here except to sleep so we couldn’t get the TV to work but I wasn’t going to bother our host so late for that we went right to sleep anyway. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, The Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Music Row. The Opry is a short drive. Overall it was great!

Off street pareking, clean and close to downtown. We were able to walk to Broadway without a problem. They beds were crazy comfortable. Open floor plan and size were perfect for a party of 4 with plenty of room for a larger group of 6 to 8. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Its not walking distance to downtown but it was a short quick drive in a vehicle. Location was clean and had all the necessities for a long stay.

Loved this home. Clean and quiet location. Just a quick ride to downtown and was about a 10.00 ride to downtown. The owner communication was excellent when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again. The check in and out process was easy and fast.

Great location. 10-15 Lyft rides to Broadway strip. House fit our needs. 4 adult kids (20’s) plus parents. Could use more seating in living room but we were out most of the time anyway. Easy contact and fast response from owner. Unrelated to property……parking in downtown area and near Broadway is approx 30-50 day. Lyft was a better option for us.

Check-in and check-out was easy and straight forward. The host was prompt with emails to facilitate that process. The home was clean. Location of the property allowed for quick and easy access to everything we wanted to do in Nashville without needing to jump on the highway. Only two minor inconveniences. The backyard was basically still a construction zone. We really never planned on using it but just a heads-up would have been cool. Also the bed in the master bedroom was surprisingly loud. Anytime someone repositioned in the bed, it would creak like no other. Everything else was fine. Would stay again.
